FX  Is the FX Impact M4 the Fastest Airgun Ever?

I just wanted to thank you for including some kind of information worth reading in addition to the link to your video. I generally come here to read more than watch videos so I keep scrolling when I see links promoting YouTube channels without text summarizing the info.
Ya I try to do a bit of a write up with every video. For any of this content to be useful is for it to start a conversation. Highlighting the gear I have tried, and what is working is a goal for my channel, but also would like to hear other people's thoughts on these topics. On social media quite a few people have brought up semi-autos as being the future of speed competition and there were a few people competing with semi-autos, but two manually cycled airguns made the finals in the speed competition. I think it might come more down to have fast the shooter can manipulate magazine changes too.

Airgun Technologies  Uragan 2 compact

I have the Vulcan 3 compact in .30. Awesome gun as well. I believe a bit more versatile in power options over the uragan. Super accurate and very low ES out of the box never have touched a thing. It also had an auto discount (talon tunes) of 75 dollars I believe applied at checkout. I guess the stock color would be a compromise but it’s a cheaper option. I think after discount the synthetic model is like 1450 out the door.

H&N Baracuda "Green" .22 Cal

I shoot the Baracuda Greens in all three calibers and can compare them to other unleaded pellets, but not the leaded ones. Like most of the tin-alloy pellets they are consistent in size and lack defects (they are just too hard to suffer damage), and shoot "well" in some guns, but not all, and not even in guns that one would think would shoot them well. For example, I can get "better than other pellets" groups at 25yd out of the Condor, but not out of a Hatsan 87, even though the feeling of them shot out of that springer is better than other, lighter, pellets. I'd think it is because the Condor shoots them much faster (>900fps) , but then they also shoot better than others out of a multi-pump at around 580 fps. Maybe there are velocity "nodes" or whatnot, or maybe it is just random.
As for the high price, if they are shot into a relatively soft trap (box of rags or rubber mulch), most will look undamaged and can be re-shot or re-used. I wouldn't hunt with the re-shoots, but for practice or plinking they are fine.

BM and others -- thanks for the comments on the "green" Baracudas. That AGD guy just seems to get REALLY tiny groups when testing these pellets through several rifles. THAT was my main attraction to them. From a practical standpoint though (mainly the cost), and for hunting purposes (main usage of my two break-barrel rifles) I came to the conclusion they (the "greens") make little sense. Cost wise, your suggestion about re-using them got my attention, but I'm not sure I could bring myself to DO that!. I'm pretty practical, but that seems just a bit extreme;). Fortunately, and thanks to YOU guys, I quickly came to my senses and dismissed the use of these for hunting. Plus, look at the money I saved that can now go towards the purchase or even more JSB 15.89's, which seem to work pretty well and dispatch the backyard groundhogs (with properly placed shots of course) that are foolish enough to excavate under my backyard shed. I can proudly say there have been no g-hog "gotaways" using the JSB's so far. Back to that AGD guy for a moment--and apologies for the thread drift-- But I just watched his excellent review (well, at least I thought it was...) on the .22 cal Umarex Zelos.... Holey Moley, that thing is calling out to me in a BIG way... . It's taking all that I can muster to RESIST this urge to go over to the dark side. Is there any type of support group that I can join? The fact that I am even considering it (the Zelos) is very disturbing to me:rolleyes::unsure:😱. And here I thought I was a true break-barrel guy....

This is what I found by asking on a British forum for you. So many knowledgeable chaps on there.
That’s very kind thank you, much appreciated.

Air Venturi  Avenge X 15.7" Barrel?

Have anybody tried the 15.7" short barrel on Avenge X?

Thinking about converting my stock .22 with tube to .25 with 400cc CF bottle to keep the total length shorter. The stock .22 with a Terminador moderator is well over 4ft long (about 52"), super clumsy in tight spaces since i'm shooting it offhand most of the time, target below 15 yard max, i don't need any long range accuracy beyond 20 yard.

Air Venturi  Can someone get me some detailed measurements/info on Avenge-X

Hey I'm looking to get the air venturi Avenge-X tactical soon. Still a little put off by the overall length especially if adding a moderator...

Hoping to trim it down an inch or 2 by getting a different butt stock/stock

I'm thinking about getting the saber tatical stock tho I'm considering the terminator as well.

Can any one with the Avenge-X tactical tell me the following measurements:

-Length of the actual butt stock. From end to end not counting the tube.

-Length of exposed tube. So when its fully collapsed, from where it threads in all the way into the butt stock to where it threads in all the way to receiver. Doesn't look like much maybe an inch.

-Length of entire stock. From where the tube screws in (don't count tube) to the end of the stock under the bottle

The saber tatical stock looks like it flares out where the buffer tube screws in where the OEM looks like a straight 90

Let me know If anyone has the saber tatical stock I have some questions

Thanks so much guys!

Other  Hope this is the right place for this question

I've tried to do mix and match, like 2 tins of pellets and 2 tins of slugs, and the offer didn't work. I don't remember which brand of slugs I had in my cart, but they didn't get applied to the offer.
🤷‍♂️

That's strange because I've used that offer for pellets and air bolts. Funny that you can use it for air bolts, but not some types of slugs.

@ray1377 Because of the mixed responses here it may be a good idea to call Pyramyd and ask an employee, then let us know what the definite answer is so that the next guy with a similar question has somewhere to find a solid answer.

deciding between GX cs3i and cs4i

I guess I have to revisit their site...guess they caught on...bummer...
sorry you missed out. I have learned that whatever the price, I need to put the item in my cart or under SAVE FOR LATER and visit the website for possible surge pricing ups and downs (not unlike the stock market) and try to buy it when it the price is ebbing. When that occurs, it may only last for hours or a few days.

Given the popularity of this compressor, I'm willing to bet on a holiday discount coming up soon so keep watch

Beeman 10613?

Any of y'all have any personal experience with the inexpensive .22 caliber Beeman 10613 gas piston breaker? What I'm most interested in, of course, is accuracy, but I'm also somewhat concerned about how much force is necessary to cock it. I'm a bit gimped up now as I'm approaching my dotage (grin), so things like that aren't as easy as they used to be. It's very inexpensive, so I don't have my sights set too high, but I've had very good luck with other air rifles in that price range (my Crosman 362 and the Beeman QB78s, for instance), so I'm hoping it's worth consideration. Anyone out that there using (or used) one that would be willing to give me a general lowdown on your experience? Here's hoping!

HW/Weihrauch  HW44 question

I get one magazine per fill with mine. Not an issue for me. I hand pump to 190 bar and shoot 10 rounds with scary accuracy. Hand pumping is just 20 strokes. I'm not down in yellow when I refill. As for air escaping, don't know what to tell you except there may be an o-ring issues.
I have a 22 and I get over 20 shots at around 700 FPS pump with a GX. The last 5 to 8 shots of my 3 mags drop into the 600 to 650 range, I still shoot all 3 mags. You’re correct, crazy accurate and smooth.

AEA  AEA wont shoot

You were right it was the valve pin. I'll order one tomorrow and ask them about the top secret O ring sizes. This has gotten me a bit more familiar with how these pcps work.
Thanks Again for everyone's help here. Sure helps us beginners diagnose these guns having yalls knowledge.

Make sure you order multiple pins because they are kind of a consumable item. Some folks out there make higher quality valve pins out of a more durable plastic.

Air Venturi  Aveng x Bullpup tube conversion?

But the problem is is I'm a stickler for the lever to be on the left side since I'm left-handed I absolutely despise spending money on a gun and can't shoot it left-handed. People say oh it's fine no it's not I want it on the left side I'd rather keep my right hand and my left hand to work action it's faster
