1:18, if you want to really make sure you'll have to take the liner out and inspect. You may luck out with a 1:16For anyone that has received one (.25CAL 600 / 700mm) this year what liner is included? Is it the new FX STX Slug Liner (1:16) or the older Heavy Duty Liner (1:18)
I'm assuming tho older / original rifles came with the Heavy Duty Liner?
Thanks

don't know where you are so really can't recommend any particular scope suitable for the area your in , sorryHi everyone! New member here checking in. I've been lurking here for a while as I recently purchased a new HW97k. I'd like to hear some recommendations on scopes from you guys. I'm just planning to target shoot and some pest control. I'd like the scope to be SFP with a IR, pretty good clarity, and definitely durable to handle the recoil. This will probably get shot a lot to take care of some rats in the area.![]()
Hmmm…my .30 that is newer shoots pellets well. Hope the .25 does. Anyone have a newer one ?Caveat: The Vulcan 3 - 500 I had tested above, has a choked CZ barrel as all 500mm CZ barrels that AGT used in .177, .22 & .25 previous had. Now, however, all AGT barrels of any length are not choked in new current offerings!!
Yea. I knew something was up when velocities were low and I could feel “poof” of air shooting prone. The first thing anyone should do when a AG loose power suddenly is to put a hand around the magazine and then fire a shot, a dead breech O-ring should mean you feel a puf of air there.
Air leaking thru barrel is normal for FX as explained.
Also the recommended way to take the pressure off, remove air tank, and fire a few no load shots and the remaining air in rifle should leak out thru barrel / fire valve.
For that to work, you would need a hose with 2 females(to use on a gun). Then you risk mixing up fill port with air outlet port. The one you show is a male foster with male threads. You need to find a male foster with female threads to attach to the male thread on end of fill hose. Here's an example (or, did you mean at the TANK, not the end of fill hose? If so, you've got the right idea)
Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8 BSPP Female Threads, Steel, Rated to 5000 PSI, Incl. Delrin Seal https://a.co/d/c7mEmnw
Thanks! Great first had info.I just got an Athlon Argos 10-40. It is marked at 16X. It will focus at 10 yards. The parallax has to be just right for maximum clarity which is what I think you want for FT. My Arken EPL 4 6-24 is more forgiving on parallax but I think that means it would be harder to range with. My new Athlon was $300 from camera land, so similar in price. Glass is about equal.
On the other hand the reticle of the Athlon is very fine and it doesn't have illumination. Motorhead (Scott) a really good FT shooter recommended an Athlon Midas 6-24 recently but it's a bit more expensive.
