FX  Huma gen 3 reg for Impact/Crown question

The maximum pressure of a particular Belleville stack is a pretty straightforward calculation if we know the washer's flat rating and the piston's dimensions (its end diameters). The minimum pressure is then somewhere in the ballpark of half the max.

So for your particular regulator, the 0.4mm thick Bellevilles are a dimensional match to McMaster 96445K211 and 96475K211. These have a flat rating of 59-64lbs, so we're talking about 120lbs for nested pairs. Running the calculation for the Impact/Crown reg (4mm / 7mm piston) says it would top out around 210bar. The min is about half the max so we're talking about a range of 105-210, meaning this configuration (#2) is not appreciably different from #3.

Tuning  More power for the Webley MK VI?

Thought I had posted on the Webley and penetration. Found the post.

Corbin is now selling .218 rebated boat tail slugs

You need to include the rebate height as well, as the air has to be able to turn down from the slug diameter to the base diameter, so it is not just the actual boat tail angle. The total angle matters a lot, as if it is too large the air will simply not follow the boat tail and there will be little to no reduction in drag.

Other  GCMAG V2 Classic. Made in the Philippines

I would like to introduce my recently purchased PCP, my 1st local made airgun manufactured by our best PCP airgun maker in the Philippines! I can proudly say that this airgun can compete with other popular brands in the airgun world.
Tuned at 1700psi regulated output pressure at 970fps mz velocity using 18gr JSB Diabolo. Liner is also locally made designed with progressive twist rate.
The rifle flatform can be easily switch into pistol airgun by replacing the stock.
I will make a YT video of it this December to be published in my YT channel.

Happy Thanksgiving Day fellow airgunners!

For more info: FB page: GCMAG Philippines

pros: tuned for competition

cons: pre-orders for 7mos leadtime

Crap weather, backyard range, pellet testing my new Uragan 2

I want to use the Uragan for the 100 meter competition over here, and a monopod for the back is not allowed.

There for the bagrider, a bag is also not allowed but I use it to rest on my hand.
Awesome mate, sounds like you have it sorted!

Big hog

So no one has commented on post #23 video clip. I figured it would get me banned.

It's a possum shoulder deep in a pig snatch. You can't unsee sh!t like that. I figured it would break the internet slicker than Kim Kardashian's caboose.

If that isn't worthy of comment or banishment then you guys can't appreciate a quality posting. Shame on all of you!

First attempt at Calling Coyotes to Air gun

The rotating fuzzy mass my shooting partner and I call "the wacky weasel" has made the difference with electronic and mouth calls. Watching the wind and scent helps too. Always make sure your gun is at the ready and in good order. We once had to track a coyote in the snow for 5 miles in the mountains because another buddy shot it poorly with a 7rem mag and wounded it..... Thanks to a loose rear scope ring base. Weve now moved to airguns for closer to the city spots. Happy hunting!

Skout  Skout barrel systems questions ??

Hi @Trucker3573
The only differences between the Evo and the Epoch are generally cosmetic
I'll be waiting for the next...don't know when that is happening, but it gives me time to save for it

I haven't heard of any barrels being specifc to a model ..they should be able to swap no problem
which video are you referring to?
I know the there is a larger and smaller lug on the locking piece and the larger of the 2 is the down position ..is it possible you misunderstood?
I am almost positive that the barrels work for both Evo and Epoch without and addition furniture.
The only barrrel that requires an extra piece are the SubMoa barrels...You have to use a different locking coller, which is provided, because of the barrels diameter.

Skout is also using a different 30cal barrel made by ECR ..so far it has had better reviews than the SubMoa, which has been sketchy.
I'll be doing a deep dive on the SubMoa later this week and compare it to the LW bull..but i feel my LW will be very hard to beat

Terrible about losing your barrel ..I hope it shows up ..I had one stuck in customs for weeks, but eventually moved to it's destination.
Hope yours does too.
Good evening,

I just want to clarify the statement regarding only cosmetic changes to the EVO. Although it does look significantly different, the upgrades to the evo were driven by user feedback and created to be an EVOlution of the EPOCH. The EVO's electronic package has been completely redesigned, giving users access to the battery and USB-C charging port without needing to remove the grip. We also put a larger display on the side of the grip to make it easier for users to change settings. The grip frame was also redesigned for better ergonomics and has a more refined grip. We also put the regulator's horizontally to reduce the height of the gun to make it better suited for PRS-Style events. The center of mass was repositioned to balance perfectly on the included arca plate, making it easier for users to shoot off a tripod out of the box without the need to purchase accessories. The EVO is also better suited to shoot slugs, we are utilizing the high-power valve and increased the regulator output to be able to shoot heavy ammo. The Epoch is a great gun, but we used customer feedback to make these changes and make a better version of the gun.

Indoor Pellet Backer

2x2 1/2" plywood then a 2x2x 1/2" rubber pad . This comes in 4x6' sheets at ranch stores, for transporting sheep, etc in back of pickup. I used A 4x4 for in front of my wood lathe.Cut two 2x2 for backers. This one is like 10 years old.If the pellets start coming back at you, slap in a piece of carpet also. the 10 meter gun they stay in behind cardboard.....Pete

Beeman  the NEW Beeman CHIEF 2 Plus (Side-Lever) Video Review

Overall I'm pleased with my Beeman 2028 pistol. The Buck rail moderator really quiets it down. The trigger is very good, the action is smoothing up with use, could still use a fine polish should I tear it down. Great pistol. esp. for the money. The 3/8's rail is annoying, but hey it has a rail. Mine wears a cheap pistol scope now.
