Same at my friends place, at least where the grass is mowed it look like you can jump from one mole hill to the other.anyone use a thermal to try to see moles in the tunnels in your lawn ? MY lawn is infested .
I would buy 10+ tins of .30 in the barracuda match if they would make them. Pretty much all I use in .22 and .25.I’m sure your dies wear. When they do slightly bigger pellets are made. I exclusively use FTT IN EVERY CALIBER.
For the target shooters who want every pellet within a grain
make a hand picked tin lot. Charge a buck more a tin ,you will outsell them as fast as you can make them.
EXCEPT ,.30. None yet made. ( hint, sub 40 grain). I know demand is not there for such as most .30 guys are PCP SHOOTERS. PROVIDE me a pellet I’ll build the springer that does 40 + ft lbs. …… I’m working on two now with re shaped current selections 38 grains.
Oh yeah. Don’t ever stop making .20. legends never die.
WHY? Why not.![]()
There are other AEA dealers also, https://www.aeaprecisionairguns.com/ https://www.bing.com/images/search?...6A1E2FB117&thid=OIP.JBqDdgYT5T51m3vzzM4u0QHaDAre they real? Ive been waiting quite a while on some parts that just says “ shipping label created” curious to see if anyone has dealt with them.

You're a stronger man than I. I call it the FX Itch (to tinker when not needed). Absolutely no need to fix what isn't broken.could be i don't have the 1/16 liner in it I'm using the 1/18 superior heavy it like these AEA 32 and 30g along with H%N 32G
i have a new 1/16 in the tube buy don't dare touch this one it shoots so good
The boxes are easy to find and get that way as well breaking the gun down as that .We always ship these guns with the stock off and separate. It has nothing to do with saving shipping cost.
If the gun gets hit butt first hard the stock will split at the grip. Much like a Marauder, or Cayden. There is too much weight from the action when assembled.
We take all precautions so you get a gun thats not harmed during shipping.
The factory boxes and molded foam are none obtainable.

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole!So I ended up making the purchase on the arken sh4j genII and I love it so far it’s a beautifully made well built scope. Hopefully I can get it mounted on my barra 250z today because my gun comes today as well I’m super excited I’ll post some pics and info later or tomorrow. I’m south eastern pa and of course it’s raining today so we’ll see. My luck![]()
I have seen a few Youtube videos about tuning. They were all for rifles I do not own, but I think I can still apply the principles. I would like to go over my understand of what I have learned and hope some of you will correct me if I am wrong.
Rifles I own
Umarex Guantlet 2 SL 30 (Hammer spring adjustment only but I am sure Hajimoto can hook me up)
Umarex Zelos (regulator and hammer spring adjustment)
For this example lets assume I am tuning the Zelos to a lower than stock pressure for more shots per fill.
1 Set the regulator pressure at whatever pressure I want to tune to.
2 Back out the hammer spring significantly
3 Gradually increase the hammer spring tension until 2-3 increases in tension do not result in greater FPS
That's all I can do without a more adjustable rifle like the FX right?
Just starting to learn the fine points of tuning - used my Nates Chrony for the first time with promising results. Haven’t touched hs yet - actually have new springs coming after reading postings here. A wealth of information for all levels of experience - as I am a mechanically challenged beginner (at 80) I am especially grateful. Thanks. You've got the idea, but as stated, when you find the peak or plateau, you then back down the hammer, 3-5% in velocity to get you on the knee. You can almost always hear your gun change it sound. When air is blowing out the barrel after the pellet leaves it will be loud and grouchy, but when you turn the hammer back, and reach the point you are no longer wasting air, it will quiet down to a pfffft!. It's harder to say than it is to hear. That sound is a good indication of efficiency.
A good example is the FX Impact. They have so many adjustments, that you can easily get a bit lost. It's easy to just start over. But when you get it right, the sound on mine changes dramatically, and I know, I'm there.
My Gen 2 Bone Collector needs 5.55mm headed pellets. Smaller ones are too inaccurate. Thanks for the reply, I wish you good luck with trying to up the velocity, so far I haven't talked to anyone that has tried to rebuild or tune one of the Bone collectors, I bought mine new about six years ago, my adult son is into air guns and he liked the looks of mine and bought the second generation Swarm Bone Collector, it shot ok but didn't deliver the promised velocity or accuracy advertised, so he traded it in at New England Air Guns for a PCP rifle.
One other friend on another air gun forum bought one and was disappointed with it's performance, when he sold it he mailed me a couple of his extra 10 shot magazines.
As I said I keep mine for pesting and small game hunting, at 17~18 fpe its plenty powerful enough for that use, it's not the most accurate air rifle I own but for anything 35 ysds. or under it's good enough, what does make it shine is the 10 shot magazine, in the woods hunting one magazine in the rifle and a spare in a pocket keep you from having to fumble with pellets with half frozen fingers or dropping a bunch of pellets on the ground.
My brand new Sumo logo is upside down!
Anyone else?
I wonder if it could be disassembled, and corrected?
I was just wondering if they would be 40mm like another Bullet Project airgun, Taipan II.O.D. is 37.5mm , I.D. is 31.95mm.
Probably went to Ohio by Camp Perry. Once they started letting Dealers buy the rifles, I stopped dealing with themI had to do that when I ordered a bunch of 853s. I thought that was wierd as well. But the check was sent somewheres else. Not my local CMP.
