Events  Atglen, PA: 25m Indoor Bemchrest Sunday, January 5th @ 10am

Sounds like you have a good group with some workers, not common any more. For our first 10m Off the Shoulder match we had 12, springers only,. My shooting buddy Sam on the same target you use had a 270, which is a good score. I was a participant only last night, lol. Keep up the good work.ll

N/A  Huben GK1 Safety

Has anyone experienced an accidental discharge while loading or unloading the magazine when forgetting to put it on safe mode.

To clarify, I recently watched a YouTube video that provided guidance on how to load and unload the magazine safely, particularly since it is non-removable. My question is whether you've ever experienced any incidents related to this process. I want to emphasize that I’m not trying to tarnish the reputation of this unique piece of art which I am interested in purchasing one.
The onus is on the posessor and operator of anything that can cause harm to ensure that they are handling and using all safety precautions and features of said, to not cause harm.

My mind says buy this

Then do it !
Ohh that was done later that day.
Retired you now know just doing what people do on these forums.
Im only on three, Corvette forum and Cloudy Nights which is an astronomy forum.
I don’t have much to say on those , but I have been a hunter, shooter, NRA competitor
and do fit in here better.
That was a week ago, did I annoy you?

N/A  What is the average accuracy of Niksan Elf?

Yet when I bought my Ozark from TPS there was a minor issue that was handled by DFL directly at their cost. Then there is the incredible similarity of their web sites.

In this connected world physical location is quite often irrelevant when dealing with online entities.

@SpindleB Dunno. have other ideas, but it would be speculation on my part.

Other  Hurricane

Well, Mike and all of you know as time goes by things change checking today non tomorrow
whoever was making the grip were on top of their game because Beeman would not take anything other than good quality i would assume
the Black stripped wood is Bolong ETA and that wood come from the Philippines and they would have had the skills and craftsman to make the grips and that would be my guess

PCP or CO2 BB rifle recommendations?

trigger is double action,
but a pretty short throw
(not an inch long pull like co2 pistols)
and on the light side for a double action,
i have no problems with it shooting fast fast fast.

accuracy was surprisingly better than i had hoped,
like i said previously,
soda cans at 40yds arent much of a problem,
and at the 5-25yd distances i speed shoot,
it centers everything,
never measured groups,
but no bigger than a quarter size groups,
and alot were much smaller.

takes alot for a cheap gun to impress me lol

Does it have a threaded muzzle or would I have to get creative?

Ski’s maintenance clamp use as bench-vice for PCP rifle

Today i was working on my new Hatsan, to be able to adjust the level on the scope turet.
So i came up with this idea:
For a ski clam has angled grips, i cut 2 pieces of plywood to fit the rifle.
As clamped and trimming the rifle picatiny rail and the scopes turet level, it appeared that tightening the vice-grip more or less,
the level can be accurate trimmed.

Benjamin  Ever seen a Benjamin Fortitac?

Got bored and swapped the bottle for a long tube. It added an inch to the shroud length, but I added a baffle to get it even quieter. I have a 20mm CF tube I will eventually make he shroud out of and that will fill that gap at the breech.

200cc tube, and it's so much lighter and better balance now. Plus it makes it easier to get a hand on the tube for a grip. Just feels better. Didn't need 425cc's of air on the 177 anyways.

Mystery leak

I degassed it to change the gauge last spring. Upon regassing its old orings gave up. So it got a total reseal. And I’ve been chasing this leak ever since. I was about to loose my mind. Can’t believe it’s the new gauge. It just hit me this morning to balloon it.
I've had to replace a few gauges on my inexpensive guns, not for LEAKS but simply because they were no longer reading correctly.

These gauges really are cheap crap but, I'm not yet convinced the expensive ones are any better?

Scope Question

For all users of scopes with adjustable scope rings where the rear of the scope is higher than the front, how do you measure the actual height of the scope so it will align with ballistics calculators?

Keith
I would think it is still the center line if the front lens to get the distance between the bore and the scope site, that tilt is part of the relationship
