I will add that if I do get another trigger, I will seek assistance from people that have volunteered to help. And if I don't I will still seek assistance in fixing the problem. I am pleaaantly surprised at the offers to help. Thank all of you that have volunteered to do so.

Sorry to hear about it. I have had great luck with Dan Carpenter up in VT. He actually can completely rebuild your trigger if you send it out to him.

A good way to think about this is how many miles per gallon cars get. What determines miles per gallon? Weight, aerodynamics, speed, fuel capacity, blah blah blah, you get the picture. Set your cruise control on 60 mph and then set your cruise control on 80 mph. It will be significantly less efficient at higher speeds.

That being said how many shots you get out of your M4 will be very similar. How many ft/lbs of energy are you aiming for? How heavy and fast are the pellets you are shooting? Small changes makes huge differences. I have a .22 not a .25, but I can say when I was shooting in the 900s I would get around 50-60 shots on a fill, but dropping down to 860 fps got me well into the 120 shot range.

If you are shooting a lighter pellet at 900 or less feet per second, your capacity will be high. If you are trying to push slugs at 950+ it’s going to drastically reduce your shot count. It all comes down to tuning. High power vs. high shot count. Can’t have both.

The Skan chronograph is a very rare bird over here! I have never seen one.

Quite a versatile system, and very easy to adjust with the hammer screw designed in. If I'm reading the results right this was using JSB RS at 13.4gr? Average 25fpe?

Here is a string at 11.2fpe/ 15.9's/ 46 shots per fill.....

It definitely is a great rifle for the money. I'm not an expert marksman only been shooting a few years. Knowing what I know now, I may have done something different. When gen 2 came out I wanted the external adjustments and ordered it. I do have the 1st gen as well, but after getting the 2nd one, I modified the 1st gen. I painted it with some camo spray paint and shortened the barrel to 21", had it re threaded. I wish I didn't buy the 2nd gen in the same length and caliber was my mistake. I would definitely sell one of them, I don't regret the purchase I regret the same purchase without thinking about what I was doing. I would say overall they are pretty darn good for the money.

I have a 500 in .25 and get 36 shots at 880. Reg 100. I put a gauge on my plenum.

A .25 caliber RAW HM1000x , chose your preferred stock or chassis. Just about everything one could ask for in a file. That’s my opinion. Simply built, not a whole bunch of adjustments to be made externally , great LW barrels. Sure it’s simple to some , but if you want to set it and just shoot it’s a great choice.

Hajimoto has some videos out to adjust those regulators. If you’re going to use that one, he can help you.

I am, like it alot! For my damaged arthritic frame its heavier than i’d like (wisd, elbows, shoulders all fubbed up) but gettin old is an exercise in “adapt and overcome”. We get along pretty good.

@Gr8Recreation I figured that was it. Either that or I would’ve found it odd that there have been two that passed through their hands within a month of each other. I’ve always wondered, how is the reticle under low light conditions? Is it easy to see or is illumination necessary?

I've tried to find the location of their lungs, I'm spending a fortune getting rid of the critters here, time to get a touch more violent. BUT I too am very leery of them spraying. If it wasn't for my dog I mostly wouldn't care.
