Resources  Reticle Choices for field target

Try that new Ares BTR G3 2.5-15 with .06 mil reticle thickness. A friend in my FT club is using a G2 Ares BTR 2.5-15 in Hunter. He finishes at or near the top and has gotten high score at our match quite a few times.

Was it a SFP Heras 6-24 or a FFP Heras FFP that Motorhead uses?
@steve123 …. Well I have a G3 2.5-15 on the way …. Valentines day sale at Eurooptics.

Took the Sumo off. Put the 6 inch Talon Tunes back on as it is much quieter.

Now the question is, .25 19" or 24" 🤔?

Other  Falcon FN-8 disassembly

If you can't cock it, probably a pretty simple fix. Maybe as simple as the power-adjustment/hammer-spring adjuster simply adjusted too far in. Or could be the hammer-spring kinked or broken. Regardless, sounds like possibly a simple fix.

Although I haven't gone into the valve-works of a Falcon FN, getting into it that far is very straightforward. I won't try to keyboard it, but if you call me with pistol and tools in hand I'm happy to explain how to get into where I think we need to go.

Let's do this! (y)

N/A  charging problems

thanks so much for all the information!! This is the path i took to figure it out. I tried to stop the air in the pump. I didn't have a dead head. None of my efforts work... thursday my buddy came over and i show him my issues. It was the warmest day in a while... so i hooked it up and started pumping and on the third pump... it started working and i put 1500psi in the gun. But later in the day... cold again, there was nothing i could do to make it build pressure... so I took the whole thing in the house... warm. Today.. friday morning it would not pressurize again. Then with one hand i heald the quick disconnest tight into the gun... it started working. So, i seems to be just a bad connection. what do y'all say?

5.11 Day Bag

Sorry I may have misspoke. It wasnt the lens wipes themselves. It was the debris on the lens that scratched the lens when I used the lens wipes. That’s a tonge twister lmao! I have since used the liquid spray with soft micro fiber cloth, I find the lens spray helps remove the debris prior to wiping.
I have been using the Zeiss wipes for a while without issue, so I appreciate the clarification. I’ve seen some polarized films get damaged from saltwater and/or chlorine, so I thought possibly it was a reaction of some sort.

FX  FX Impact M4 Charging handle hard to close

From the title, the charging handle on my M4 is/was hard to close. I was have a pin probe for shooting slugs and I had it adjusted to what I though was the 'correct' depth for my gun. Today I ended up pulling my barrel off and after reassembly the charging handle the last little bit before it would close became very stiff. I ended up backing the set screw out and adjusting the pin a little further out which did make the handle easy to close again.

Not very familiar with how all of this stuff works together so any feedback would be great!

Thank you in advance!

Epic  Epic Two Initial Thoughts

Hey Joe,
I m glad you posted this , I got it today and MUCH to my surprise I was able to figure out measuring group size.
thats as far as I went so far. That’s all I need for now. I’m only at 13 yards so the pellets that shoot well are really close
but more accurate to determine the best.View attachment 533330
Nice! Glad you were able to figure it out.

Other  gonna try to trade

My favorite local pawn shop has a Crosman 150, that I believe to be an early one. They have had the pistol for several months that I'm aware of.
I don't have a Crosman 150 pistol but I do have 4 Beeman Sportsman dual caliber rifles, including one new in the box. I think I'll attempt to make a trade.
