It's interesting that Tuxing sent drawings. I bought one of these four cylinder
units last July but before doing so I asked the manufacturer for drawings and
bella@sbtechen responded saying "we are not allowed to send schematic diagrams".
If it's not too much trouble, could you share what you have?

I'm using the 300 model on a 34fpe .22 rifle. The Fox suppressor is very quiet! It also comes apart easily for cleaning. I would buy Fox again if I needed another suppressor.

It's all aluminum, inside and out, no plastic.

Nothing like having your own compressor no matter what type or size, just don't push them past what they're capable of and keep them cool.

That's my thinking too, as well as the circumferential distribution of the weight. It's a genius design to get slugs into pellet guns. They're never the top performer on my tuning tests but they do consistently perform decent enough. In 22 I can't speak highly enough of the light javelins in 217 for fx liners.

Back to the op's question about barrel length and slugs. It's doable, and I know my saying xyz other 500mm fx gun can shoot them doesn't mean much to you. I've learned over the years that specific barrel lengths have a window of performance that they can support that is reasonably constant, the question is typically the valves ability to deliver the needed power to that barrel without getting too wasteful.

I can tell you I bit and went 700 mm to do slugs and was rather disappointed when I applied what I learned in tuning my 700 to my friends and their 500mms in 22 and 25 and their guns are much handier. In the lighter range they were able to keep up in power and get close on efficiency. The real work was the tuning had to be much more precise to limit waste and noise. Skip the expensive hybrids and try some light javelin or nsa slugs. Not that they're the only option, they're just what I've used and can talk about.

Yes it will work, you just can't use a maverick barrel kit on an impact as the shroud get in the way.

I've changed the wrap a coupe of time on my guns.

Simple...just pull !
If that's a problem for you, use a heat gun to warm the vinyl a little.

You may need some "Goofoff" (or similar) to clean any adhesive that's left on the stock.

If you're into casting.. cash them in like suggested above but instead of buying pellets, buy good lead for casting with the money.
Better bang for the buck.

The single shot mode was why I switched to a mag fed gun… I was missing opportunities at multiples, other than that a seriously deadly close range pistol…

When comparing the vet 700 barrel to my RAW LRT barrels the Vet just seems to flex a greater amount when I push on it. The vet shoots really well and doesn’t shift POI as long as I do my part.

I would say if you're planning on shorter distances 50 and under, a quality springer is the way to go especially if you're on a budget.

Over the years I bought a few dozen seals from ARH. The first few were failures as I really didn’t have a clue on how to fit a seal. I’m still no master at fitting them but have gotten a lot better. I’ve tried two ways to fit them, turning them down in a lathe and sanding the face down. I think the lathe does a better job but the face sanding is much easier and requires no tools.

I am glad to hear it went well for you. Interesting about the plenum to gun connection. That was my first problem. It kept blowing o-rings, 3 times. Finally ended up curing it with a slightly smaller o-ring that fit into the angle better and was completely captured, now no leaks.

I have admit my lack of being able to get a seal inside the plenum is a head scratcher. I am no engineer nor to bright, but I make up for it with persistence.

Hopefully, the new cricket I purchased will follow the path that you have had, no issues. But I still stick to my having ended up with a Dream Valve that isn't quite there yet.

But I am always open to suggestions for things to try. I may complain, but I also like to try and provide a solution for the problem so I'm not just whining.

Just cant buy quality

We have just added 2 silhouette targets to our range ( shoot to reset )

A crow at 100 yards with a 10 - 12 mm target hole, and a rat at 118 M with a 15 - 20 mm target hole.

These shoot to reset we can not be bothered with strings to pull.

13 grain Zans knock them down and reset just fine. ( 13 grain and 960 - 980 fps )

In .177 we simply can not play with pellets at these ranges, even if i did thread one ( MRD pellet ) through a 10 mm hole at 100 yards just yesterday.

Orion has a great product, if you looking for a high quality magazine replacement for your factory magazines. I recommend Orion magazines.
