Tuning  Recoil same FPE but different projectile weights?

Well, your .22 is shooting over 900 fps, and the .25 only around 700 fps. That is a substantial difference in pellet barrel time. Couple that with the shorter rifle, which is inherently more difficult to hold, and I think you have your answer. I would tune the .25 up as much as practical, which might require a regulator adjustment. But, with the shorter barrel, you will be handicapped with the .25.

Hatsan  Hatsan 130 QE, .30 CAL.

I have the 135 and I have a real problem cocking it. Yes I'm 72 but I feel the vortex is harder to cock than my 125 with a spring. I've shot the 135 over 30 times in 1 session but I was feeling it next day.😁 What does that have to do with the 130? The 135 is the same engine as the 130. They are all a 2 arm cocking.

Adjustable hamster $68.00

I used to use one of these RAM mounts on my TX200.

The trick to tightening these RAM mounts is to use leverage. I found a PVC pipe with a diameter just large enough to fit over the handle. Then I cut the PVC pipe to length to give me more leverage to tighten.

They do work for FT. The problem limiting widespread use in FT I suspect is consistent positioning of the hamster and ease of adjustment.
I remember when I was using these RAM mounts, they tend to spin around in all axis when you loosened them and it was hard to put these RAM type hamster back into a consistent position. I usually change hamster position for a standing or kneeling shot ...or if a target is elevated.

The product I bought were all made of aluminum. I think. I remember cutting into one a long time ago to fit my TX200...and it was shiny like aluminum and cut like aluminum.

They have been around for awhile and I've seen others adapting them as FT hamsters starting about 10-15 years ago.
Seems like it would be easier
to buy something "made" for the purpose... as you still need UIT or T-rail or Pic rail or ARCA rail attachments?

N/A  Yssel sturgeon

They are very nice airguns. I have had the rifle in my hands and it is a beautifully finished thing. I think the .308 version shall be outstanding but with a twist of 12 inches, I doubt that the .223 will achieve top results. A 16 inch twist is better in my opinion. The last 10 years the sinner .223 is the .223 gun to beat.

Let’s see some of those repurposed material projects!

When I got my bottle several years ago I had recently finished a large dresser for myself. The main wood is cherry but the drawers are cypress. I had some left over and repurposed it into a tray to hold and protect my bottle and hold some related odds and ends.

Airforce  Talonp .25cal

I have my Escape UL with .25 cal barrel tuned to shoot Baracudas at 60+ ft lbs for 10 shots from 2300 psi to 1800 psi. Hand pumping is not too bad at those pressures, and my buddy tank can refill the rifle twice in the field, or I can hook it up to the compressor if I'm in a hurry.
Exactly the performance I'm looking for, I just want it to be as short as possible, with some sound suppression. I want to stick it behind the rear seat of a Tacoma, and there isn't that much room for anything much bigger than a TalonP, besides an actual pistol.
