Good morning, let me introduce myself, I am Valter, a new enthusiast of compressed air rifles, I have a Stoeger XM1 Bullpup rifle and I have just purchased a modification for the Stoeger XM1 Bullpup Power Tune Regulator and XL Plenum By Huma-Air, I wanted some advice and instructions on assembly that I can't find and if any of you have already assembled it and found improvements in all directions. I need some advice please. I bought a new Fx impact 700mm .22 m3 fitted with a slug liner and slug kit (pinprobe/tungsten hammer and lighter valve return spring)
The 1st reg is on 150 bar and the 2nd reg on 108 bar. Shooting 25 grain 218 H&N slugs 984 fps and grooping is very good at 100 meters. Hammer on 12, mico at 3.75 and the valve 3 turns out. Shooting 30 grain H&N at 935 fps but with a problem

The problem i have is, once you open the valve 4.5 turns and put the hammer on 16 and shoot a shot there's an air leak at the rear end at the magazine/power block rear/barrel area ONLY when you pulling the cocking lever back to load a slug. You can hear it clearly it is not the plenum filling with air. Once you push the cocking lever forward the leak stops. If you turn the valve in say to line 3 the leak stops.
If you just pulling the cocking lever back without shooting a shot, there is no leak. The gun is also not leaking air when standing for days.
Could it be the lighter valve return spring, causing the valve to stay open longer.
Would you recommend to put the stronger original valve return spring back.

I'm look looking for a aea sf standard of sniper but want to know how accurate are they at what ranges

I am working on a Crosman/P-Rod PCP carbine. The gun uses Benjamin marauder pistol grip frame and trigger group, P-Rod air reservoir and valve, custom hammer, Custom 2240 AR stock conversion kit, custom breech for 2240 and 14.5 inch barrel that fits the 1322 and 2240. (Also The gun is tuned to around 850 FPS, and is consistent) I was testing the gun out at 10 yards and with the Crosman premier 14.3 grain domes, and a five shot group is about the size of a penny so at longer-range I don’t think it will be the greatest. I was just wondering if anybody else has the 14.5 inch barrel for the Crosman 2240 and 1322 and found what pellets those barrels like. Thank you very much!

So I got a free HK army paint ball tank. I know it not ideal for pcps. But my gun only fills to 200bar and the bottle only fills to 3000psi, so the bottle is like 100psi higher. But I digress..my question is will I be able to But a pcp gun regulator/ full station on this bottle? And any ideas on a cheap one? I'm somewhat new to pcp air guns.but I did buy an shoe box compressor last week..so is I can get at least one gun fill out of the bottle I'll be happy. And my rifle I'll be using the bottle of if a hatsan flash. 22..thanks for any feedback or suggestions

I recently bought a little SAR Japanese air rifle at an antique store that was in pretty crusty condition. I've disassembled it and cleaned it up and i need a couple of parts. It has a leather seal that needs replaced and the main spring is pretty crooked and weak. From what little I have been able to find these little guns are similar to the Slavia 618 and the GECADO 22 in design. I have each of the others and this is the same over all size. I'm hoping to get it working so each of the G-kids will have one to shoot.

I recently purchased a Snowpeak M25 cal. 7.62 and I have a question. Should this caliber have the piece called hammer? (number 51 in the image) The calibers 4.5, 5.5 and 6.32 do have it, but mine does not. I think maybe only calibers smaller than 7.62 have it. (Or maybe they forgot to put it)

I'm going through the process of ordering some o-rings. Everything has been easy enough to source from Oringsandmore. Finding Buna 70 13.95 x 2.62mm o-rings, however, have been difficult. These ones are close but not ideal. Anyone know of a reliable place I can easily get some of these?

Hey peoples how's everyone doing. I just got into PCPs about 3 weeks ago. I picked up a Gamo Arrow and it shoots great using Crosman Premier 14.3g .22 hollow points. I decided to grab an Avenger, DonyFL 1/2 20 UNF adapter/barrel stabilizer, Tanto moderator, Saber Tactical upgraded pic rails and a descent compressor. I finished putting it all together, filled her to about 3500 PSI and took it out. I'm shooting the same 14.3g Crosman hollow points I shoot from my break barrels and from my Gamo Arrow, and I can see the pellet start to spiral at about 20 yards. I'm only shooting to 50 at the most, 9 times out of 10. At 50 I'm having to hold down 2 mil in my scope and left 1mil. The pellets land right on top of each other, nearly. I tried dropping the regulator down to 1300 PSI and no preload tension on the HS to 1 1/2 turn in on the HS. Also, many 1/4 turns between. I couldn't get the velocity below 880. Do I need to run a heavier pellet to get rid of the spiraling. None of my other guns spiral at all that I can see and hold excellent groups. Sub MOA at 50 yards so 1/2" groups. If a heavier pellet is the answer does anyone have any recommendations? There are so many choices. Oh, to add, I clean my pellets, dry them well and lube them with REM Oil. A very thin coat, they aren't dripping wet with lubrication. I don't know, I've found cleaning and lubing like this works very well for me. Thanks

Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a nice week! I have a question, I was about to sell my s45 but wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape before mailing it out. I went to a warehouse to perform some dry fire tests and it seems to not be firing in semi auto, only 1 shot before needing to pull the charging handle. Has anyone else experienced this issue/have a potential remedy? I took a video which I uploaded below. Also I think this was shot at about 2.6k psi, maybe as low as 2.2k.

FYI This could potentially be user error. I literally only ever shot this gun once prior and that was like ~1yr ago.
