Any idea what isthe best slug for the Benjamin Kratos in 22 might be?

Hey team, quick question. I got a stoger xm1 and am using a small 68cu 4500 psi tank with the air ventur coil. My issue is when I put the valve in and slowly turn on the tank, it's full, the guage does not move at all. I have tested and air is definitely going through the cpil.and pit the valve just not seeming to get in the gun or the guage is broken. It's brand new by the way. I shot it a few times last night as it had some air in it and the guage did go down

Hi there i buy a m3 waiting delivery impact m3 sniper aka 700mm barrel in .22 - 5.5mm my question is - it is need to make somekind of adjustment to shoot 23 25 up to 30grain slugs with standard barrel im new in it and dont have chrono to see muzzel velocity for the start i will be glad to get some opinion

Hello everyone I have a question regarding my fx dreamline tactical ... the second/rear adjustment knob on my gun doesn't seem to line up with the owners manual or the 8475748 youtube videos I watched. Every example I saw had min/max abcde/12345 on it. Mine has a bunch of numbers and I can't seem to find any information as to what those numbers correlate to. any help would be appreciated. pic attached for reference.

Embarrassing Question: I received my nw HW30s yesterday - the first real air gun i have ever held. The only pellets I have are Crosman "Recreational POINTED .177 Cal / 7.4 grain. From recommendations on this forum I have a list of preferred pellets. No one sells these where I live so I placed an order from Pyramid Air but it will take a week to get them. Will it damage my rifle to use the pellets I have? Perhaps shooting 50 or so pellets a day while awaiting the "right" pellets that are on order. This really emphsizes that I know so little about air guns!
I also ordered a PatchWorm with extra patches and I will clean the barrel when that arrives
My new HW30s is a work of art. The workmanship is unbelievable!

Im new in this forum and I’ve heard positive things about the community so I give it a shot, pun intended. I just bought the gun and Ive been studying a lot from videos and forums, BUT still having open questions.
1. Is the 800mm rifling 1/16?
2. Anybody willing to help me getting quick setup for JSB Exact King .25 (25,39 grain) pellets?

Was thinking just to go basic setup with 4 lines, 3 and 8. Those circled values. Am I on right track?
My plan is just to zero the gun for 30 or 50 meters and to have decent grouping. Going to tune it later after I get radar to measure speeds. Going to range in 5h and have no time for more research so asking for community.

Okay. Everyone and their cousin have heard nothing but praise about Taipan.
I have been drooling over Veteran 2 550mm in 22 or 25. I would say more over the 22 because there is said to be quite a long magazine. No need to waste air on a 25 or make excessive noise in order to sling something heavy in the future.

My question is, does anyone have data about shooting slugs?
I wouldn't expect miracles but maybe more than 50fpe.
I personally prefer faster slugs and the reasoning is expansion. My Experience is you need way more than 850 to open up. Maybe 950fps with 26gr would do just fine. That might be achieved from 550mm barrel without stressing the rifle too much.

I'm definitely not going down this road without someone encouraging me. Not anymore.

New HW30s at UPS and being delivered today. (From Krale). I have read a lot here at Airgun Nation and I see "Dieseling" mentioned. Some say it's no problem and others say to clean the barrel before I shoot it the first time. If it occurs is it a puff of white smoke coming out of the muzzle as you shoot the rifle? Thanks .

Out taking out squirrels on one of my family properties, Northeast extreme of the metro Atlanta area, bird with similar colorings to bobwhite and brown thrasher... Please excuse my crude descriptor as this is the best way I can put it.... Imagine a bobwhite, whipoorwhill, turkey, and song sparrow had a gangbang and somehow all the DNA melded into a mutant child, 2/3rds the size of a chicken, looking like an obese sparrow, round like a quail, faster than all hell, and the strut and tail display of a tom turkey. Had 2, this species has to be a game bird... Any bells ringing as to what it may be. The bird app I have is birdlab from Cornell University. And for my zip code nothing matches. The closest are thrasher, woodcock, and ovenbird, but no, way bigger, didn't appear to be flighted

PS: do only certain slugs work in the Leshiy 2? I bought some and they clearly won't pass through magazine, let alone barrel

Im installing a carbon sleeve on the DRS. Its the same "setup" as on Panthera and other FX

Im doing it to eliminate POI and to stiffen the liner/barrel system.

But look here at the video
There is slack. The sleeve kan move from side to side inside the tube/barrel. Its not the liner that moves inside the sleeve (its a tight fit) - its the sleeve that moves inside the tube/barrel

Should I eliminate that and how do I do that?

we're back at it again! you're favorite annoying newbie needs help to decide between 2 airguns! i understand these guns are both not even in the same realm when it comes to their usage. but i need some help on deciding between the macavity ma2 or the airforce talon p. i get that one is single shot and the other is magazine fed. i prefer a magazine. i would also like to add im using a hand pump as an air source. my purpose with this gun will most likely be plinking and small to mid game hunting. Quietness definitely matters to me. i heard the talon p is loud as heck. compactness is a plus. if the talon p was quiet and was magazine fed i would pick it all day. if anyone who has either of these guns want to chime in be my guest. thanks guys!!

How hard is it to change calibers on the Pro Sport? Has anyone done this? Is it as easy as changing a spring? Pyramid does not have the item listed. I can only find them available at Chambers. Item - BRL074.

What is a reasonable decrease in the report from a break barrel rifle using a moderator / suppressor ? I have a UMAREX .177 black hawk , sounds like a 22 rim-fire . I live in a residential area and I am worried that I am going to freak out the neighbors . Also will I have to use taller scope mounts with a suppressor ?

A few months ago I purchased a used Impact Mk2 (.25 cal) with the old Power Plenum and Huma air regulator. The gun shot well and had no major problems until recently. When I tried to increase the regulator pressure from 160 to 180 bar to shoot heavier slugs, the needle on the fx regulator pressure gauge wouldn't move at all. After loosening the regulator screw half a turn, I stopped increasing the pressure and let the gun sit for a while. The needle was still at 160 and nothing had changed. After bleeding the airgun, I set the regulator pressure back to its original position, refitted the air cylinder (filling pressure about 200 bar) and left it untouched overnight. The next day I unscrewed the air cylinder to see what was going on, but there was a continuos resistance to it half the way on the thread. Just before unscrewing the cylinder, I suddenly heard a loud crack like a popping balloon or blown seal from the gun.
After screwing the bottle back on, I checked the pressure gauge on the back regulator valve and it showed a fill pressure of about 100 bar, even the bottle pressure gauge was still about 200 and the regulator was set to 160.

I disassembled the gun and checked all the common seals, but could not find anything unusual. After reassembly, I turned the regulator set screw all the way in and attached the air cylinder. While slowly releasing air into the empty plenum via the regulator set screw, I heard hissing and air coming out of the muzzle, which stopped after the set screw was backed out enough. Even with pressure building up, the regulator gauge remained at 0. I replaced the gauge with a Wika gauge and was able to increase the pressure to previous settings (air still escaping when too slowly released into the plenum). I also found that the bottle valve was leaking slightly when left unscrewed and ordered a new valve as well.

What could possibly be the source of the loud bang, should I be worried or was it just the pressure gauge blowing up?
How can unscrewing a airbottle cause something to blow up in a airgun? (Using only silicon based airgun lubricants)
Is the airleak from the barrel normal on low pressure when refilling an empty plenum? (I checked all O-rings on the valve house/ valve stem no apparent damages)

Does anyone know of any place that sells replacement barrels for the Dragon Claw? Pyramid sells other Seneca barrels but not Dragon Claw. Google turns up nothing.

I'm fairly new to PCPs, and don't know much about their workings.
I have a Shinsung Fire 201 that has a leak that I cannot figure out how to stop. I have checked the o-rings, I have blasted with air to try to seat the o-rings, I have tried filling with it upside down, and I've tried dry firing while filling it upside down. It's a big leak. Any help is appreciated. Photos attached showing location of leak. (The spot in the circle is just a nick in the metal from removing that pain in the butt end piece.)
