Tuxing compressor

I bought one about 3 years ago, it worked well for 6 months then I stopped using it until now. Unfortunately is not pumping air anymore so I ventured into changing all the O Rings, seals, check valves, etc. I followed the YouTube Tuxing videos in great detail but it only pumps very little air and will not go above 50bar…. I guess I am doing something wrong, but I cannot figure it out…. :-(

Airgun Technologies  30 Cal Uragan 2 or 3

After getting the U2 30 I was so impressed with the out of box performance that I bought a U2 25 within one week. Unfortunately 2 days before the arrival of the 25 the 30 blew its cork. Not sure what it is so it went back. Checked the valve and replaced the breech o-ring. Might be the regulator. I’m not disillusioned, things happen. In the meantime I’m happy plinking away withe the 25. I’m going to call AVS to get slug recommendations. Not spending altaros money and I might try Zam’s once I know the optimum diameter. Considering selling my fx’s and AEA’s Getting a little tired of tuning and tuning and tuning. So far the u2’s shoot almost anything from Jsb and Aea from very well to pellet on pellet @ 50 yrds. I’m also going to keep my 2 25cal Hubens.
It’s time to cull the heard as they say.

How do you like Aliexpress?

I order tuxing bottles, tuxing compressors and such expensive stuff by them and all stuff arrived quickly. We have an EU Warehouse in CZ or France, but even stuff direct from china always found its way to me.

I order Tools and Fittings there too, all came in good condition!

Can't imagine without them. Better than ebay or amazon, cheaper and good service.
I have also used AliExpress with good results. The one time my order was lost is US Customs, I was able to get back my money after a few weeks. You do have to go through a customer service complain process but they did ended up returning my money. Who know what is going to happen now with all the tariffs.

This Target Cracks Me Up !

I found this target on Ebay.

It's hilarious !

I don't think I am willing to spend that much on it though.

Airgun Technologies  Very first of Vulcan 3 700 mm and slugs.

My Vulcan 3 700 mm .30 Cal just shoots accurately pellets.

Apparently it might shoot well the AVS Slugs .306 Cal.

Just order some. As soon as I receive them I will try them and will share experience.

This rifle gives about 97 fpe, that means that the 55 grain slugs should be shot at about 900 fpe.

Let's hope this rifle shoot them accurately.... The gain could be a powerful rifle at long distance....

Let's see....
I have the same Vulcan 3 700mm, 22 caliber. Today I tried the FX Hybrid Slugs 22 grains. I am shooting with the full plenum at around 950fps. Very windy today but it shot well at 30ft. Will try 50ft soon when the wind stops.

Most variety of diameters only in .22 - why is that? And why undersized?

Chokes and smaller diameters to resize bring their own issues where there's less issue in 25. Caliber restrictions in countries like south Africa where the biggest salesmen connected to manufacturers live.... Maybe. 22 has been mainstream longer than 25 in the modern market and maybe was less standardized but maintains a higher demand. I'm only guessing here.

N/A  Zombie setup

Ok so I’m looking at this from more of a general apocalypse scenario. So a little more geared towards getting food and doubling as a self defense tool. Zombies don’t change my choices a lot, but are a fun spin on it!

If I can only have one it’s probably an Aea semiauto. One I’ve worked on and got running properly, of course. Not the nicest but they are a solid simple gun that puts out a lot of power! I know the semi auto is finicky but if it doesn’t work you can cycle the rifle manually. Probably a compact 25 cal with a big bottle that shoots slugs good. Few rebuild gets and you’d be good for years!

If I can have multiple. I’d have a compact Sidewinder in 30 cal, big bottle. This is my defensive gun. Probably a Taipan in 177. To many choices for that gun, I could list 5 different makes and models that I imagine would do as good of a job as the Taipan. And last would be a Huben pistol in 22, because? Well in a perfect zombie apocalypse a man has to have a good sidearm!

Also a Zero Tolernce or Spyderco in my pocket. And a good kukri in a belt sheath!

Edit: Oh yeah forgot optics. The Aea would have 1-8 power Nightforce lpvo. The Sidewinder would have a solar powered red dot, probably a Holosun. The Taipan would have the 1-8 Nightforce and the Huben would be open sights or a red dot, can’t decide.
