I understand that air gun barrels are softer than powder burners but how delicate are they? Is a high quality carbon fiber cleaning rod acceptable for pushing or pulling patches through?

I have a set of Burris rings that I've used on a Weatherby XXII. I wouldn't want to put them on a springer.


I know they have them. I want to know if they offer greater compensation than the RWS droop mount.

Finally shot the rifle from the bench @ 40 yards sorting pellets. The best performer is still the 14 gr, 5.5 head FTT. There is a problem though and I need some advice. The barrel droop on this thing is terrible. I am almost maxed out on adjustment using the 14 grain stuff. (Nikon 3-9 EFR)...

Well there it is. The gun is very nice, quality and fit is outstanding and it's a decent piece of walnut. Not fabulous by any means but still nice.
