Zbroia Kozak 177 arrived today

Sweet, thanks for the diagram, wow, let us know if that affected the accuracy, which I guess it wouldn't, depending on the weather condintions, bro that's hot for a .177, I see potencial on this pup. Today as well I shot my .22 with some H&N 21's, but I shot at home and my yard is only 25m range, no resetting just for gigs, I shot 10 shots on top of another, the weather is perffect, no wind down here in Cape Town, just a slightly breeze and a scorching +31c, it is just loud for my hood, I see myself putting some time to get it quiet.
NOW I want the .177 cal......I think it would be a great pup for my collection!!!
Keep us posted, I really want to know more!

Congrats on the new arrival. I think I too will keep a close eye on this thread. 
Also, I visited the store website and they seem to “have” different brands like Daystate, lots of them, only most rifles are “Temporarily out of Stock” just thought that was weird.

From my understanding warranty work will be performed by the retailer that sells the rifle. I believe talontunes have them here in U.S. and will do warranty work. Please verify.

I will post full shot string on Saturday, that will provide more information on how regulator performs as well as 60 yards results, Wich will show barrel accuracy.

I'm impressed with materials quality and finish, especially of metal, less of stock. Moderator can be improved.

"airgunmonkey"You guys are correct, my has a 450mm barrel in .22 cal 44j, the shorter version which is the .177 cal has 330mmm barrel 22.5j, both threaded with a M10/1 thread, the shroud has no thread, it's secure by the moderator that screws on the barrel, I found that my is not back yard friendly. For the next gen for 2018 they're lauching the rifles with threaded 1/2" UNF LW barrels, which I don't see why as their own barrels are very good, accurate out of the box. Maybe to increase sales and popularity???
Down here in SA, they cost the same as the Kral Puncher Breaker, which I have one as well, if I had to choose now in buying the Kral or the Zbroia, I would go for the Zbroia.
Unfortunetly the suppiler dow here in SA, only brought the .22 cal and not .177.
The .177 cal would be a great gun for ratting on the farm.... AGMonkey, so do you have the Long or Short 22 cal ? I am guessing you have the long being that it is shooting the High Fps ? I almost purch a 22 cal last nite , (regular) but if there is a longer version that shoots high 900' , that is the one I want, it can always be tuned down, or shoot heavy pellets, thanks, R

It was better group at 40 yards with faster speed, conditions were a lot better too. Only slight breeze, maybe 2 MPH and higher humidity, like 90. Snow started melting all around.

I think it was half an inch for 12 shot group, here is picture.

When I bought my, there wasonly 3 versions available, the .177 cal, .22 cal (bullpup) and the Hortitia .22 cal (full lenght rifle)
My is th bullpup or semi bullpup as I would call, it's 805mm (+/- 31.1/2"), the .177 is 710mm (28")

That's a nice group, looks a 11/12mm +/-, taking in consideration that the rifle it is still new, once the barrel is leaded and the reg setted in and the right pellets, I think it will be a tac driver.

This afternoon, I was trying some LDC's combination on my .22, just a over the shroud with some spacers and washers, none of the combinations worked.
I see that I will have to do something to the stock moderator and the shroud, the stock moderator has a large vent hole just before the baffles of it, that causes most of the "blast to occur inside the shroud before hits the baffles and out instead of hit the baffle and return to the back of the shroud to minimize the muzzle report. I will have to turn a new "cap/blowback" with a 1/2" UNF and a new shroud tube (shorter but with an slightly larger diameter) the just cover the "cap/blowback" and work on a LDC(as you guys call) for it.
I have the material for it, just waiting on delivery for the new guears for the lathe (the ones I have is shot).
PS: Not hijacking the thread, just putting some info out, then you guys know what to tackle if wanting to make this pup a bit more backyard friendly. I don't know how loud the .177 is but the .22, it's a bit too loud for my yard shooting. I f you guys look at the pics that shutik posted of the moderator you will see the big vent hole just before the baffles starts.

I think shroud needs more air volume and you are on the right track with bigger tube diameter.
You can also try wrapping moderator in felt cloth before inserting it into bigger tube.

I think 860fps would be ideal for this gun in .177 cal, my .22 is shooting 910fps with 18.1gr pellets with no adjustments, I am getting around 40/45 shoots on a fill, I thought about a leak, not on the transfer port but by the cylinder, I notice the it's got a bit of "wobble" even if I screw it tighter, may the oring on it is rather too small and not providing a good seal.
Or maybe I should also back down the HS a bit and bring the velocity down to 890fps, not that I am unhappy with 40 shots, that's good enough for me, just to try and see what happens.

airgunmonkey, my tube has a little play to it as well, but I don't feel any air coming from that area when shooting. Try backing out adjuster half the revolution and see what it does to your velocities and shot count.

I've backed out my spring but have not tested new settings yet.

Jarmstrong, which one did you get? Please post some pictures and feedback.

So far my testing confirms that regulator is set at 130 bar at the factory for 177.

Thanks shutik, yes there is a gap between the band, which I think, that is if you want to unscrew the cylinder off the gun, it won't scratch it against it, I think was designed like this, I will wrap with some camo tape to minimize the slop. I didn't have much time this weekend to play with it, I was on a bike ride and only got home (10:40pm) (Okahonor, you nailed, my 2 main hobbies, airguns and motorcycles).
One thing for sure, no leaks anywhere, tomorrow I will play with the HS, and see how it goes, not that I am not happy as it is, just to check some options in terms of velocity, shutik, you're right about the reg, I think they are the same (.177 and .22) @ a 130 bar, I think is enough and no need to up the pressure or play with the reg, I thi the HS is the way to go.
Also I will phone my supplier tomorrow and ask about the .177 cal, I want 1!!!
back to noise reduction, tomorrow, I will try different silencers on it, I have a few for different rifles, will make a "mock adaptor" to see what works the best but for what I see, it will take a bit of work, they are much like the SPA guns (Snow Peak), takes a bit of work to get it quiet.
