You do the math--please

I have a scope with mil adjustments. 1 click= 1/10 mil. So, if I want to move about 1/4 inch at 30 yards, will 2 clicks be close? If I am doing the old school math right, it looks like 2 clicks would be .216" as each click should be .108" @ 30 yds. And @ 50 yds a 1/4" adjustment would be about 3 clicks, right?

As the old saying goes— correct me if I am wrong— . I need all the help I can get with this disease I have called– PART - TIMERS. Not ALL just part.

Mildot at 100 yards is 3.6 inches. 30 yards is a bit under 1/3 of 100, so reasonably close is that a mildot at 30 yards is about 1.1 inches. Each click at 30 yards is about .11 inches. Each click should be about .22 inches (close to your numbers)

Same math for 50 yards. 3.6 inches / 2 = 1.8 inches. Each click is .18 inches, so 3 clicks is .54 inches. Your math sound fine.
