I need to get a better inline moisture filter for my YH. What are you folks using? I fill 2 different tanks, but have never directly filled my rifles with it.

I use a cyclonic charcoal filter. The input is up high as is the output. There's a drain spout on the bottom. I run the factory filter ager it, and drain the large one 2x when topping off my 9litte tank
Pyramyd Air is now stocking this filter. (I know, what took them so long right??) It looks to be similar in size to the gold filter. Since it is Air Venturi branded I would think that it should have half decent foster fittings on it (an issue on some inexpensive filters). They are selling for $79.99 - not bad
That filter looks to be a bit more narrow in diameter than the gold filters which is really not a bad thing for those of us with smallish compressors. The price seems fair as well if I did not already have the big gold one I would probly buy it instead. Thanks for the link.

Your tank is way below your compressor any moisture that condenses in that overly long line will find it's way into your tank. Your water supply is way below your compressor so the pump has to werq overtime to supply what it can to the compressor. The water supply should be level with the tank for the wimpy pump to supply full volume to the head of the compressor.
I just ordered a filter that looks similar from aliexpress.

What overly long line? Air goes up into the coalescer back out thru the top, and down a 12" line to the secondary filter and immediately into the tank. Not sure how any water is supposed to condensate there?
I can run a full top off on the 9 litre without going over 56 degrees c. Without any ice. I don't have any issues with the way it is
I wanted a filter that didn't trap moisture and could be drained. So, that's what I got. It works
The Air Venturi one above appears to be longer than the $25.00 job from AliExpress or eBay. Other than that they look the same but you get a hose with the cheaper one as well.
Sorry,I see no overly long line when I look at the pic this time. I have no idea what I was looking at. If the pump is putting out enough to keep the temps down it is good. When my water supply was only a foot below my compressor I noticed a reduction in the flow.

I found the larger gold filter on Ebay but haven't been able to find the smaller one with the hose.
Can you post a link?
