Yellow forum is now the Airgun Warriors?

Yeah, I saw it the other day too. It’s Airgun Warriors now, right? Looks like they’re using the same forum software as AGN but with a yellow skin.

I belong to all the forums. I feel like I try and get along with every one. I live to make friends. I always wonder why all the snooty remarks back and forth about the other people and other forums. This is about air rifles and I feel like we all do better when we stick together. We need each other to enjoy this sport to the max , at least that is my 2 cents. Brian

They all have a place in our Airgun community and I am glad we have them. The back and forth and not using one forum name in another is all counter productive to our growing Airgun community.

From the 3 negative ratings (not given by me) already you are understanding that this is not the kind of post that we want to encourage here on Airgun Nation. I flagged this to be removed but as you can see the monitors did not have to step in because quite a few members already let you know how we feel. This forum is devoted to the promotion of this hobby. Making fun of another forum only causes division and weakens our voice. We are thankful for the announcement but would appreciate removing the sarcasm. We do want to know about other forums good/bad and even a little ribbing is OK. However, Michael and the Monitors do insist on showing respect to all of the Airgun community not just it's members. I also noticed the new format similar to AGN. When others are copying you, that's when you realize you are leading the way. Michael and the admin. team should take this as a compliment.

There is no "template". AGN was built on a custom Wordpress platform. How Airgun warriors "suddenly" looks & functions like AGN is a mystery???
AGN is continuously evolving, so stay tuned for even more ground breaking content in 2018.

I have been / was a member of the yellow when it was green. it was posted as light humor. You should have seen it in the past. Some of the forums have evolved into a self serving online business,hence all the banning .

Its unclear how the new forum looks & functions like AGN. There could have been a breech, an old developer illegally selling our code, or its entirely possible that Steve Schinis spent a boatload of $ and years of his time trying to mimic AGN.

I actually mentioned on the yellow how much the new forum resembles AGN.
Personally, I don't think the community needs two forums that are mirror forums, in a sense.
There were qualities of the old yellow that I liked and qualities of this forum that I like as well.
As for the criticism of one forum on another and someone policing that opinion, really at it's core, infringes on an individuals right to free speech.
Another person forcing someone to speak in a certain manner or prohibiting them to voice their opinion because of PC correctness or for fear of hurting feelings of individuals smacks of censorship.
I think that has happened to several on the yellow.
And yes, I am a member of the yellow, and several others.
