www.TopGuns-Airguns.com big news! Win $

www.TopGuns-Airguns.com aka (TG-AG) has updated it's site, and it was due to happen. Anyone that visited our original site www.AirTanksForSale.com (ATFS) either loved it, or hated it. www.ExpertHPA.com was a bit better, but it wasn't credit card friendly. While the engineer types liked the geeky information the ATFS site had to offer about air tanks, many complained that it wasn't buyer friendly and required a phone call instead of clicking a button. Also, too many time I was told "I found your site looking for a tank. I wish I found it a week ago, before I bought the airgun". That was so frustrating. ATFS  needed a lot of work and I just didn't have the time to update it when I was a Physicist in aerospace. Worse yet, half the people didn't realize we were one of the largest dealers in the US

Well that's all changed. Since the stores (yes, 2 different stores since I left aerospace) have opened it has been a goal to get the sites up and professional looking. We hired a high-end web designer, and updated the old www.TopGuns-Airguns.com (TG-AG) into what seems to be a very nice new web site. Now you can search, see items variations, etc.. It even has links to our YouTube channel AIRGUN SCIENTIST on the media tab here: https://www.TopGgun-Airguns.com/media/

We don't have 100% of all our inventory uploaded (a daunting task) so if you don't see something, please call us and let us know.  In fact, I INVITE a critical review, so that we can make it the way that makes most sense. Please comment, congratulate, criticize, as you feel will be most helpful.

Remember that there is a dash ( - ) between the words TopGun - Airguns in the URL when typing it. OK, let's hear from you folks!

I think that the new site looks really good, very professional. Easy to navigate around, and plenty of information available.

In this day and age, however, I find the ability to sort via "in stock" to be really handy. Sometimes a buyer perhaps doesn't even know that they might want a particular gun until they see it as in stock/available, and it winds up becoming a sale.

Of course all this is predicated on having a live & accurate inventory control system. There is nothing more frustrating than making the purchase decision, breaking out the credit card, and finally pressing that 'Buy' button, only to find out a few days later that the item wasn't actually in stock and is back-ordered with an estimated availability date of 6 weeks to 6 years. Pretty web sites are fine, accurate web sites are golden.

These comments, however, are coming from someone who is totally clueless as to what it really takes behind the scenes to develop, implement and maintain such a system.

Looks like a really nice job on the new site though.

The site "looks" good, easy to navigate, but the site builder/manager needs to...do much better upkeep with the site info vs. actual stock on hand.

Folks answering the phone(s) are very helpful, and you can tell, feel bad apologizing for the the lack of incorrect information on gun availability on the pages of the site vs the storage shelves.

Really like the new layout! Very easy to navigate and I specifically like the ability to easily narrow down the ammo section by caliber with one click from the top.
I'll take a shot at the logo thing. The crosshairs was from open source image for commercial use.
