Best I could do today-
had to button down the hatches - get ready for possible 4 ft water rise?
but did manage to shoot this one card before dark- lots of squall weather and gusts -
good for practice -
hope this system goes out to sea!

Hey CK is that hurricane on its way close to where you live. How is the time to set up your flags and shoot a card to practice wind calls. LOL

Thanks Allen - will try to hang in there - hope we don't get an evacuation notice? Shot that card in gusts -- was good practice - but had been raining on/off most of the day-squall lines of winds rains -
put my list of esentials together - some are saying we could get a storm surge of 4 feet of water? And Melbourne is ground zero? But it's a fluid situation-
I want to try a few more cards tomorrow -rarely get this type of wind condition - but would rather the damn thing just move out to sea!
Looks like you guys did a bit of shooting in the rain as well? What happened with Garrett ? DNF?

Thanks Nomojo65 bout as hunkered down as can be now, looks like a ghost town on my street , all windows boarded up with coragated steel and nobody around. But I decided to shoot a set before dark

Just called Home Depot - my sister was looking for a generator - the manager told me they got another shipment at 4 pm_- all gone now! And doesn't know if they will get anymore before storm hits? -- crazy Shchitt -
and what happens to all these generators ? I'll bet lots get returned next day?
