Would this help with moisture - or is it Just Wishful Thinking?

Looked at one of my PCP's sitting horizonal on the bipod, looked at another sitting straight up on the butt stock. If I picked up the vertical one and shot it (no pellet of course) 2-3 times while keeping it vertical would it help expel any moisture that may be in it?

My thinking is that moisture may drain to the back and be shot out.

Possible? - or - Just Wishful Thinking?

If the gun is actually vertical, that is no angle at all, then yeh, most likely it would expel the moisture.

Though I doubt it would make any difference, with or without a pellet. The air is still moved from the regulator chamber to the breach, then out. Of course firing the gun while vertical indoors, without a pellet would...be preferable.
