Would A Green Laser Sight Show Up On A Thermal Monocular?

Visible targeting lasers are "cold light" and do not project a visible image to thermal devices. There are special lasers and thermal units that will, but they are in the military domain and not easily available and are very expensive.

Leopold Tracker has 30mm body, so you also will need one piece 30mm weaver ring

No laser will show up on a thermal at least not for spotting Ive tried with the ATN LT 

A Thermal scope does not even have a lens at least not in the sense that we think of it has a sensor. Some military thermal systems has a dual system that works in tandem using both a camera lens and thermal sensor this allows a Lasor designator to be used

Baby Sherman look at the ATN Thor LT it is an very affordable Thermal scope (For Thermals) and does very well. I was able to see mice jumping around the trees and ground 

Basically, Night Vision is an amplifier of light compared to thermal vision which shows heat gradient (different amounts of heat are translated to different colors or grey levels)

Night vision is like a hearing aid expanding your senses ability to detect what is just beyond sensory ability, while thermal is like a radio receiver - showing your senses what they cannot detect.

+1 to above about designator laser. Those do not impart enough energy to the target to heat it above ambient temperature. No temp difference = no show on thermal.

30mm tube on Leopold tracker is not long enough to put two piece mount, only one, unfortunately they are not sold as single ring.

depends on your rifle - do you need a "reach back" mount for a comfortable head position?

Ideally if you get good quick release mount, that will give you a chance to use the monocular for spotting and mount it quickly if you going to use it as a sight.

I would not recommend to use Leopold Tracker on something with a recoil, I am not sure they are designed for that.

I hope you understand that Leopold tracker has crosshair in a fixed position, so you will need some sort of adjustable mounts to zero it , either the one I already mention or something like this
