At that price just sand it down and restain it Black Charcoal color. That would be sweet.

Still trying to get the synthetic stock removed on mine. They must've put the action in before the resin cooled off at the factory. I got the stock screws out and that sucker does not want to budge.

"Tupperware" is a derogatory term for cheap, hollow plastic stocks. In the real world of rifles "synthetic" is a term used to describe high end carbon fiber or fiberglass stocks that are quite pricey and in some ways superior to wood stocks..



The term :synthetic" has been bastardized by peddlers of cheap, hollow plastic OEM stocks.

The Avenger does have a cheap hollow plastic stock. Everyone knows that.

It's not only the Avenger, almost all factory "synthetic" stocks on entry level rifles, RF, CF or air, are like that.
