Winter time target practice ain't looking too shabby for me this year! 😃

I closed on a new building earlier this week. It's more than double the size of our current location and we need the space badly. We'll be doing a pretty extensive remodel to the building to add even more office space to it so we won't be able to move in for probably 9 months or so. In the mean time there has to be a way I can get an indoor range set up in this warehouse. If I'm lucky I can only maybe get 20 yards in my current warehouse. In the new warehouse I'll be able to stretch that out at least double that along the east wall (right side). Winter time shooting is really looking pretty good for me this year. Just gotta figure out how to lay out this warehouse to keep a decent indoor range in here after we move in. Only issue is waiting for everyone else to leave so I can shoot. I don't/won't shoot when any of my employees are around.

Who else here got access to or has their own awesome indoor range set up?

I can get 35y if I'm creative and no one else is home.... Long rancher with a straight line of sight from my bedroom on one end to the outer garage door on the other but it's not practical to leave the target in place. Its a good sized backer to protect the garage door plus the taller than normal saw horse I sit the target box on, and this is after moving the car. I don't do it often. 10m for winter rifle and pistol shooting is easy for me. I have unlimited room outdoors but only use 75 and 100y targets.

Nothing close to a warehouse setting but I bet mine is easier to heat 🔥. I'm moving into the 10m mode now. It's getting chilly and windy here pretty much daily. Next time I set up my 35y target I'll take some pics.

wow! 150 yards indoors? that's awesome. I'm gonna need a bigger house to take my hobby indoors at home. Unfortunately the interior layout of our current modest little home isn't conducive for any kind of usable indoor range. Which strangely doesn't seem to bother my wife in the least bite.Don't think i could sell my wife on an indoor range at home. Don't women understand anything? I was once told in a sales training class that asking a lot of questions was one way to control a conversation.

What do you mean I can't set a pellet trap on the stove and shoot air guns from the dinning room table?... Where else can I shoot?.. Outside?! Are you crazy? It's 10 degrees and snowing outside!... The kids? What about the kids?... Oh, they're fine I'm clearing the older ones head by at least a foot maybe even 16 to 18 inches and the little one is barley crawling.... So what?.... What's a little lead dust on our pork chops? Isn't that just extra seasoning?.... What's wrong with you?... What?... Are you serious?.... Lead is bad for the kids?.... What'd ya talking about woman?.... I'm what?... I'm being unreasonable?... Wait! Where you going with my gun?... Where are you going?... What are you doing?... Where's the pointy tip pellets? What do you mean pointy tip pellets? Which pointy tip pellet?... The red pointy tip ones?... You mean Polymags?... What do you know about Polymag pellets?... Hey, why are you loading my gun?... What?... Oh right, like I'm supposed believe you'll shoot me over this?... Put that down! ... Oh, com'on, now you're just being ridiculous!... BANG!!!

yeah I just don't see an indoor range going over very well at home right now. Women! Don't have any sense of priorities I'm telling ya! 😂
