I've got a Wing Shot single I want to use to go hog hunting with a friend in Texas, what slug would you all suggest?

The one that groups the best.  Really your likely to need to figure this one out on your own as the "wingshot" may not be the most used big bore for hog.

Roundball seems worth a try in almost any of them.  Slug your barrel and order whatever is closest from NSA perhaps  https://nielsenspecialtyammo.com/collections/50-cal

And keep us posted after some real world testing.

Bullets will most likely have terrible accuracy in the wing shot. Round ball will likely shoot the best. The wing shot bore is said to be .494 by pyramyd air, so .495 round ball should be the size to get.

    +1 on the arrows

My WS doesn’t shoot slugs worth a damn. Round balls at 25 yards is a shotgun pattern too.

Even if you find the best-shooting slug or round ball in your shotgun, at that point it's still no more than a musket (in terms of accuracy). My country was liberated from the most powerful nation on Earth at the time (depending on muskets) by a relative handful of RIFLEmen picking musketeers off at rifle distances.

Arrows through a smoothbore can be surprisingly accurate at distances that balls or slugs are shooting patterns, rather than groups. Not that it matters for your application, but that Wing Shot is easily capable of taking any game on Earth… with arrows.
