Will 4 ring high piston fit in yong heng?

I found a piston for the tuxing similar to the yong heng piston. But with 4 o ring groves and it uses split rings instead of the single outer ring with a inner green o ring. The rings on the Yong heng is a pain to install without breaking the rings. I heard some people soak it in hot water and have hard time making it fit. So I would like to switch to the 4 split o ring piston that the tuxing uses. Anyone try it? Would it fit?

No, they have different dimensions.

How do you know this to be true? What dimensions are different?

It has been tried by others and some people have bought the wrong one by mistake and given the suppliers bad feedback. Both the diameter and length are slightly different. If you don't believe me, you are welcome to give it a go.

Installing the Yong Heng rings is actually not that difficult. You will need to unscrew the piston head first. This is the piston head :

After that, the middle ring can be slip on with zero effort. To install the other two, you will need a metal rod about 3~ 4 mm in diameter. I use a screw driver.

This is how they install it in the factory :

If you really don't want to do it, you can always buy the complete assembly of Yong Heng original 2nd-stage piston + rings.
