Have this extra scope in the gun safe, not currently on any rifle and I was thinking..............hmmm got a super sharp scope, got a killer tripod, hmmmmmmmm I think I could use it as a spotting scope. I already have everything I need and I'm not permanently altering anything . What the heck I think it will work pretty good; looks like some classic redneck engineering ! I might try to refine it a little or I just might leave it as is.
