His MP5 is a .22 not a "real" 9mm MP5. Hence the $280 price tag. I didn't think .22's were part of any ban???

If it was a .22lr and had those features as depicted it sure was banned. Hell my 10/22 with a thumbhole stock has to be registered as an assault weapon in NY. My advice to the World is never move to this state unless you want to lose most every freedom you have living elsewhere.
