Why does U.S. get left out of (New Air Rifle Models?)

Can anyone explain to me , Example - why the New 
BSA Defiant BullPup is not available in U.S. and the Webley Mastiff also the Diane Sky Hawk just to mention a few?

Can anyone chime in?
