Airgun Technologies. Same company that makes the Vulcan. Can’t confirm barrels, but I have seen CZ in several places for at least some of the barrels.

The Uragan ( I call it Huracán myself ) is indeed made by AGT. Call the dealers and ask, I know C. Frear has them, he’s easy to reach too.

Uragan is made by Czech company - Airgun Technology in Praha
They are also well known for another model - Vulcan, I had Vulcan 2. I can tell - quality and materials are way above any Turkish or Korean manufacturers
I would say just a small step bellow Daystate or FX.
Barrels are made also in Czech Republic by CZ (Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod)
Also, a very well know factory with a 100-year history in military, police, defensive, sporting and recreational firearms.
