Who knows about the Ripley AR5?

Never owned but have fired a couple.

And I could well be off base here, just what I recall.

Glancing at the internet right now , well I dont know so just what I heard from owners.

The older ripley's were outstanding, a rig that could easily when a championship with any good shooter. Reliable to a fault , expect to not need so much as an oring for 10+ years.

It may have been around 2005 a person would no longer wish to purchase a current year model, just somehow not the same rig. Something about a major maunfactoring change ( location ? Personal ? Other?

Perhaps someone has better info on this time period/change?

In general truly outstanding target rifles that wont let you down.

John, John,

"IT IS RIGHT HANDED" you must be a 10% er ??? I was offered a WRONG HANDED Air Arms TX SR yesterday Hell, I had sold it because it was WRONG, Recycling back to me NO!

I shot 58% Sunday, Balances very nice. I threw some dope together Saturday night with fudging the speed to match test shots was still a little high. I need to settle on a rifle at a time .

my shooting buddy Kelly aced the range with a Daystate CR97 48/48 100% He wanted to shoot the Rip he got two out of three hits on 1 1/2 at 50 with my dope. so I am close already

I think Ripley is a keeper. really cute.
