Which is BC for .177 Monster REDESIGNED ?

WOW! you can get the monster in .177 to 950? thats going some.

The BC will change based on your gun and it's velocity. The best thing to do is set up 2 chrony's, one at muzzle and the other at 50yds and calculate it yourself.

I got a Vulcan # 2 in 177, It seems to like both the JSB 10 gr at 960 FPS

and the JSB 13.43 gr at 840 FPS , 

So far I have only been out to 48 yards ,

Its really my sparrow gun, LOL.

From 0 to 50m it gave me around 0.026 at 830fps

What speed are they the most accurate?

Have you tried 880fps or so?

Thought I would chime in here, I was just comparing the original 13.4’s that I’ve used for my 25m guns for all my matches,1-yr earlier tests showed slightly better accuracy in both LW poly barrels, tonight came across those Redesigned 13.4’s again and thought what the heck have another go!, so set up for testing @ 30yds w 25m br targets pretty much the same results... then I chronographed both ( original/Redesigned ) found that the Redesigned were consistently shooting 25fps slower? So quickly went to hammer spring tension adj., picked velocity up to 810fps ( 20ftlbs) looks really good!, I have a match this coming wknd so if I can test more to confirm these initial results I will use them this weekend and will post my scores! I don’t know of anybody actually competing with these?, so can only assume they don’t even come close to originals overall! But if anyone has any experience using these in comp. let me know, thanks, Joe

I need to learn more about BC but what i do know is JSB Redesigned are the most consistent pellets in my HW110 FAC..

the FAC model has 30 Joule (22 ft lbs) engraved on the barrel, but truth be told it's more like 18 Ft lbs.



The heavier Beast are the tightest group at 25 m.... however at 50 m they were all over the place. I think more power is needed. 

  

The Redesign's are great at both 25 and 50 meters, I have started testing them at 100 m (get to that later)

The Heavy Diablo is a nice pellet, something between 10.34gr and 13.43gr might work really well.
