I have one of Combro chronys. I don't have any way to confirm it's accuracy as it's the only one I have access to, but it seems to work well.

I just got a magnetospeed V3 and I love it. So easy and minimal setup.

The predecessor model the MKII (lol) was exactly but the MKIII,... incredible!!
The thing was I dislike is the compact construction, you can hit it easily, herefore BC ascertaining not possible.
For mine I have built a shield of two 5mm Polycarbonate plates, 5 mm of Polycarbonate can stop easily a .22 pellet with 60 J.

Been using the ProChrono Digital, but then added the bluetooth accessory and the free "Digital Link" App. Super cool - not only does it call out the shots for you, it also calculates energy for you automatically, and let's you export in a number of formats. Here are a couple of screen shots from the app.

They have a package that includes

I like them because they work for just about anything, they record from 5 to 10,000 fps
Plug it up to your phone with the 25 foot cord that is included and use your phone as a readout and export tool 

Now if I was to use simi auto or some platform that I wanted to record rate of fire it would have to be the chrony msrp $160 to $220 
but they are a higher end and you pretty much build your own kit with lights, shades, printers etc

FYI the Caldwell app does rate of fire too!

i have the Caldwell G2, (only $50 more than the V1 deluxe kit. It sells for 200$ on Amazon and the likes) which is much sturdier and is a real upgrade compared to the Version1, an excellent piece of kit!
The formfactor is inverted on the V2 with big fat aluminum tubes. (The V is now upside down)
I like it a lot. (Had the V1 for about a month, when I found out abiut the G2, so I upgraded imeediately and sold the V1) The only thing that must be improved is that the connection to the tripod is still as wobbly as it is on the V1 (although the tripod is much better)
The best part (except for the sturdiness of the thing itself) is that it talks wirelessly to your smartphone/tablet! (Via Bluetooth). 

I also have a Combro, which is great, but it only works with USB, so you need a laptop at your shooting table.
