Which bullpup? BOUGHT ONE thanks...

I’d like to tell you a wildcat as I’m very fond of the two that I have, but I have realized the importance of plenum space in a regulated gun, so from what others have said, the uragan has ample plenum space, and I have yet to hear any bad reviews about it. Not familiar on the other guns you mentioned. 



Sounds like you have awesome guns already. Why not save up a bit more and invest in an Alkin compressor? The Mariner W31. You’d be all set for air supply then.

I have the Taipan in 25. It is the veteran standard not the long and it is a tack driver with the 25 grain JSB shooting at 920 FPS. Was looking at possibly a 22 Taipan next.

Another vote for Uragan or Veteran. If I could only have one PCP it would be one of those two. 

I have a Veteran Standard in .22, and it is excellent; accurate, reliable, robust design, great trigger. One of the few air rifles have owned that never, ever changes POI. As good as it is, I might not keep it, the bullpup design just doesn't feel quite right to me. I recommend the Veteran without hesitation, and I hope the bullpup pleases you. If you haven't shot one, it might be good to try one, if possible, because they are different. 

I bought a Uragan and really like it I never have owned a bull pup design before and was a little unsure but wanted a compact gun for hunting, riding behind the seat just a general purpose hunter shooter. I'm very pleased with mine it shoots great and holds very well offhand for me lots of shot counts the only thing that I can find that is not perfect is the trigger it sometimes has a bit of creep in the second stage but it is getting better and might be able to adjust it out. I've got a couple of tins of pellets through it and hauled it around a lot in and out of trucks and generally just used it not abused it and the POI has stayed exactly the same as the day that I sighted it. 

Forget the pulsar , way more than the other guns. I owned a wildcat 2 and a vet long , both 25. Both great. I added plenum to vet for increased shot count. I’m told Uragan is similar to vet with higher shot count. Plus cocking lever is more forward.

Uragan all day. The first bullpup I can say really fits me and very comfortable to shoot. And checks all my boxes of wants in a gun

Income tax return coming in a few weeks. I was thinking about my first bullpup. My budget is 15 to 1800. I like to shoot paper at 50 to 100 yards. My choices so far are fx wildcat mk2, taipan veteran long, a uragan, or a daystate pulsar. I have a fx royale in .22 and an impact in .30 so far. I am fully open to suggestions. I would buy used if it is within 5 hr. drive from southeast Michigan. thanks to all! I FORGOT TO MENTION I AM LOOKING AT A .25 CALIBER.

Definitely take a break from FX and try an Eastern European bullpup

There are a number of good choices, some of which have been named above.

I went the Taipan route and have never been happier

I'd go for the Vet

These are the three that I have, in no particular order. Happy with all three.

All are "true" bullpups. Not just a rear mounted or behind the trigger mounted action, then add a long barrel and silencer. Bullpups aren't supposed to be 28+ inches long..! That's just not the design criteria. It doesn't make for a quick handling gun in tight quarters.

I'm happy with my old Kalibrguns or I'd of gotten a Vet or Uragan most likely. 

I've been happy with the my R5M, Lelya, Priest, Wildcat. Content with my Ataman M2R and Gladius. Not happy with the Bullboss and Bullmaster. Hope this helps. 

Wildcat has been great for me light weight and comfortable good hunting gun ! 

Uragan compact or long- love the forward cocking, very accurate, shoulder well and easily shot off hand.

Vet. Long 2nd choice- great trigger, very efficient, very accurate. 

Both pups are very solid shooters with no noise. 

One comment on the Wildcat recommendation. In .25 the mag is a bit short...not long enough for Predator Polymags. That took it out of the competition for me.
