I wanted to make some awesome post on how to adjust my regulator, but this thing has me at wits end. I have a 6M x 1/4 NPT coupler in the stud hole showing me the reg 
Pressure. But the finite adjusting is killing me.
The really cool thing about this setup is you can shot the gun over the chrony and see exactly what bar pressure on the reg results in what fps of the pellet. Below 120 and above 160 I had a drop below 900 fps. Anywhere in between, 900 to 935.
Which aftermarket regulator for the 500 Royale? Tired of this finical OEM one!

Sorry, I don't get your point. (Pics aren't loading) Are you having difficulties to set up the reg?
It is known that the Royale/ Boss series can loose velocity when you turn up the HST too much.
I'd set the reg to 140 bar and work from there. Play around with the HST to adjust your speed.
My custom Boss .25 is still shooting at the original pressure for the .30 cal. barrel (160bar) and I can go over 60ft/lbs easily with king heavies. The speed is very consistent too.
Nothing wrong with the original reg, just a matter of adjusting it properly. When it can be done at the factory, it can also be done at home
Pcp's and regulators are not rocket science
