Where is Fischer?

I’m not sure about his health. One of his last posts did mention health problems. In my opinion he was bullied off this forum by two members, I won’t mention their names, but I hope he is doing ok. I was wanting to hear about that new 54 he purchased.

Yep I enjoyed his posts even though at times some were hard to follow.
Those two who bullied him were like a pair of dingoes having a go at him one at a time and even congratulating each other on their various comments. 

I hope all is okay with him. 


I'm not aware who was bullying him in any way. I respect that their names weren't printed but I also think it would be great if someone like Lt.Dan were to point out to them, exactly what he just wrote here. 

He does have some health problems and some of his medications cause him to post some incoherent statements. He's a very generous man. He know he has give numerous rifles away, I received two rifles as gifts from him. I think his ranting has caused problems on other forums as well. I haven't noticed him on any other forums either.

If the 2 said folks who were in opposition to Fischer's posts, don't understand why they, we all, need to be understanding and take care of our own. If they were to still take something so personally that they would refuse to welcome a person back, then I can't rightfully consider negative people to be an asset to the airgun community but that's just me.

Edit: I'm aware that said 2 folks could be folks I follow & admire for technical posts, etc. but doesn't mean I have to pick sides or write anyone off. The beauty of the community is sharing & caring. If one doesn't see that, I guess they fall into "traffic," as opposed to true "community."


I commend Lt.Dan, Windmill01, KWK, in asking & caring. I myself don't bother posting much anymore, anywhere; but I do read here & the UK "Shooting the breeze" forum. Great technical information & posts. 

I have read his posts from time to time on other forums; does takes patience to read.him,never-the-less entertaining.

I hope him the very best and will read him with a new understanding.....

Medication does not make you post false and absolutely fabricated misinformation as fact or make self serving chest beating posts with no proof to back it up. That's character traits, not medication side effects.

As a forum that exists to hopefully share accurate information, I'd hope you would do the same to me.

I wish him nothing but the best and hope he is taking free time to enjoy shooting his guns. If his marksmanship claims were true, I sincerely hope he's preparing for the next Olympic 10M games.

+1 sir. While I notice mention of "2" above, I read plenty of his posts and while I freely admit I was one of them, there were more than 2 of us. Did we bully? No. All the comments made were calling the gentleman out on the rants he refused to prove in some way shape or form, the open challenges to any and all members he made on occasion and the open slaps he gave other members. If you consider it bullying to call someone out like that, then there are a lot of bullies on the forums. I've seen plenty of it here and on other forums and not just about him. 

While I hope he's managing his medical problems without too many issues and I salute his service (I did myself, US Navy), it shouldn't give him a free pass to rant the way he was. I'd fully expect if I was that way, members would call me out too. Call me a bully, hate me, block me, that's your choice and I'll respect it.

Just like in all of the poor guys posts it looks like you 2 have each other on speed dial or something. We never look to see why someone would leave, until after they are gone.

Sorry I wasn't including your buddies you brought with you from GTA to continue the harassment that started over there. Like I said - If this is what you do with your life I truly feel sorry for you.

Most of the names calling the gentleman out belong to multiple forums, so your gripe would have to be with members of AGN, GTA and AGN itself at the very least, since they aren't solely members of just GTA. I've seen members called out for all kinds of reasons on every forum I've ever belonged to, yet you appear to think that's some kind of crime. 

It's not a crime, trolling, bullying, harassment or whatever else you choose to call it when members of a forum call out a fellow member for the kinds of things he claimed asking for nothing more than some kind of proof to back up those claims and it's what multiple members of at least 3 forums called the gentleman out to do. As far as GTA, he got called out for all the same things over there that he has been here on the Nation.

And in reference to GTA I tried to have them delete my entire account. They wouldn't, so I started deleting all my posts myself. I was then banned for doing that so that I could not edit any more of my posts. Long story but I called out a BS salesman over that and was told my input was not needed, so I just tried to help them put by removing it all.

How about you message them and ask them to delete me PLEASE. I would like nothing more then to be totally disassociated with that site.

Was anything I posted untrue? Fact check that and repost that instead. 

The GTA is terrible. At least we can agree on that. 

I’ve just returned from visiting a mate on his property down in Inglewood and I had taken my LGV with me, great fun. Well things have certainly been busy over the last couple of days on this thread. It appears that two gentlemen have come forward to responses of bullying.
I do not know why another forum was mentioned as I was only referring to in my opinion the bullying that was occurring on this forum but if Fischer was bullied on another forum and it followed him here then that’s really sad.
I believe as Lt.Dan has stated that medication can cause incoherent ramblings and rants as mentioned above just look up the symptoms and causes of delirium and confusion.

I enjoyed Fischer’s posts as I’m sure others did as well. If something was said that seemed to me a bit outlandish then it was taken with a gain of salt.

The GTA PGLC (popular girls luncheon club) is alive and well at AGN. They brought their "approved vendors, shooters, and celebrities" list with them. They also brought their air of superiority, know it all attitudes and pack mentality.
