Where is airgun Depot?!??

Any of you guys had trouble ordering from airgun Depot ? I have 2 orders pending from a month ago and have had no response from them. Have tried to call and have left messages after waiting 15 minutes on hold but no call back... No response from emails either.... Are they still open??

I Know this is a trying time but I haven't had any trouble At All with AOA or Utah airguns orders. WTH

Received both my orders from AGD pretty quick and that was 2 to 3 weeks ago. They have always returned my email requests within a day or two. PA took 2 weeks to send me an order acknowledgement last month. This time they sent me a shipping notification in a couple days. Being patient is tough but I figure they are sort handed and swamped with orders. Hang in there and dont forget to check your junk mail.

No problems here from Airgun depot. I ordered 2 scopes from Airgun Depot - 2 weeks apart - both orders were in stock- got email confirmations and shipping / tracking information Right away. Got both delivered in week. They also were Cheaper than anyone else for same scope. Was my 1st time dealing with Airgun Depot, I’ll do business with them again in future.

I first ordered from both Airgun Depot and Pyramyd Air in late April, and the initial experience for both was terrible. Any call would result on being on hold until getting dumped to an answering machine to leave a message that never got returned, and emails just went off into a black hole. Okay, I did get an email back for one of the orders, but it was 5 days after I received the package, and all they had to say is I had received my package.

I have given both another chance and things are better, at least in the time it takes both to ship an order. For the first orders they both took 10 days from the time the order was placed to actually get shipped, which now seems to have been shortened to 2-3.

I have not tried to contact Airgun Depot again, but calling to cancel/change an order with Pyramyd Air is still the answering machine, but they did process the email to cancel in 2 days and sent a response, although I can't say having an almost identical replacement order in the system didn't help.

I ordered yesterday from Airgun Depot, took advantage of the JSB buy4 get 1 free sale. Today got the USPS shipping label created notification.

I went to the PA website and did a shipping comparison since their pricing parallels each other.

Airgun was $216 for 15 tins JSB 30 44gr 150 count, buy 12, get 3 free. Shipping was free!

PA, same price per tin, sale promotion, $271, they want $55 for shipping!

I ordered some Neilson Slugs from Airguns of Arizona on May 5, they were in stock at the time of the order. Apparently, they just arrived at the UPS location to be shipped ground freight. That will be close to a month for 4 boxs of slugs! 🤔

This is taken directly from Pyramid's website... Don't know why they were charging you for shipping?

Don't know why either, but after seeing the fine print. Maybe because 15 tins weighs more than 10lbs?

Even so, isn’t 271$ greater than 150$?

Update: Thanks for the call from Spark9779 explaining the situation and giving me an update. It meant a lot!

Having the same issues with phone calls. Ordered a superior liner (order number #8873657) on 20th of May and got notification they were back in stock last Thursday. Called Friday, yesterday and today with no answer just to find out a status. The “system” always works when it comes to collection of payment but every other system fails. Sounds like the government lol. I think you should do the Airgun community a favor and just shut down until you are ready to function properly. It causes too much frustration and anxiety to customers to have money taken out of their account and then spend days and weeks worrying whether or not the order will ever show up. If this ever reaches anyone please call or email with my status at [email protected] or call 405-306-7098.

Thanks!

I take this response as an example of the typical, and terrible, customer support. If Paul W had bothered to read my post, and comprehended what I wrote, he should have come to the conclusion that I eventually got what I ordered. Although this does fall in line with the response email I got days after my order arrived, and a week or two after sending the query email, telling me I had received it.

Instead, we get a knee jerk reaction to a negative review on a social platform in an attempt to appear responsive. The other issue I have seen with these "damage control" responses is that even if you do present your order number, people get no useful information back since whoever is responding will just give the canned "it will take 7 to 10 days" answer (which will lead to dead silence if you can actually get through to someone on day 10, get that answer, and then ask why don't they state 17 to 20 days earlier.)

Like I stated earlier, things have gotten better in terms of times to ship, but the support side, when it comes to getting useful information really does not exist.
