What's your favorite airgun?

Waited along time for this one. A true left-handed action/stock AZ tuned rapid mk ll .20. The Z man tuned her for the new jsb exact heavys 15.9 @ 900 fps. With a 4 oz trigger one small hole @ 50 yds. This one can do benchrest or go long with no problem. Guys with a .20 Cal you gotta try the new .20 gr heavys. Now, if I could get a little love from the slug guys, that would be great.

Right now I would say my r5m long in 25. But I’m wanting a hp 22 of some sort

Steyr Hunting 5 Semi auto .22. So much so it’s the only gun I own. Sold my other one because it wasn’t getting used at all, and it was a high end airgun in it’s own right. The Steyr has never had a hiccup and the only mod I did was install a lighter trigger spring. That would’ve been my only complaint but now it’s silky smooth at less than a pound of pull. Now I have to use the safety now and again but it’s worth the amazing trigger. 50-60 shots per fill. Anything within 100 yards is toast. Now the semi auto function is two fold. First having multiple kills on a group of ground squirrels is downright exhilarating. But at greater distances, any slight misses are quickly rectified with an adjusted follow up shot. It’s relatively light, shoulders easily, and has a great ergonomic pistol grip. On my deadshot anything within 150 yards isn’t safe. But carrying it into the field for a stalk is a dream. I carry an adjustable shooting stick and she points effortlessly for 75 yards or so. I have made a109 yard squirrel with the unsupported stick. For further distances I’ll need a tree to brace on or go prone. I just have so much fun with her that I must admit I look at other air rifles for maybe shooting slugs, but then I go back out with her shootin squirrels and I’m back in love. Just writing this makes me anxious to go out again!

Wow. That is some serious gun love there. I’ve looked at the Hunting 5 before and been intrigued by it. I’m going to give it another look.

I am from Brazil and this is my brazilian Boito Urutu Pcp 4.5mm (.177).

Urutu is a deadly snake in brazilian fauna and my pcp is deadly pesting too.

It is very accurate and I get about 200 shots per fill (500cc bootle) .

It loves H&N Baracuda Match 0.69 g (10.65 gr), it gives me about 24 J (18 fps ) and 266 mts/seg (872 fps).

On it is my corn snake - Theo.

Honesty, I think it's this cheap Chinese gun. Some untold # of hours I've dropped into re-shaping the grip and modifying the internals. Easily groups 1/2" off-hand at 20yards. Regulated 50 shot count at 630fps with 17 cal wadcutters. Way too much fun, and shoots so much better than I could have ever expected.

Runs huma reg with plenum delete (done by me). Valve body has been reduced in size to add additional air capacity forward of reg. And internal volume increased to valve body.
