Wow, I had no idea there so many options.. I don't shoot much as I only kill squirrels and nuisance birds so I don't use that much air...

Great White 97cu.ft. CF tank.
I have 3 local dive shops within 5 to 12 minutes away from home. They all charge $3.50 a fill.

I'm new to PCP's and have seen that many have been using the Yong Heng compressor. Is it reliable? Would I need a different fitting to connect to the rifle? Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Great White tank initially-local FD filled the tank for me. Then I got the Yong Heng and have had it for over 2 years. Now have an MCH6 compressor but still run the Yong Heng regularly to keep it going. It still works great.

"100 cu ft" tank, and Alkin compressor. Best decision I made was getting my own compressor - that is a liberating experience. Next best decision was upgrading to an Alkin. If you're in it for the long haul, it only makes sense. Fills my tank quickly, with air I trust, and not worrying about the compressor crapping out.
Before reaching this point, I bought a hand pump (FX), then a 3000psi (steel) bottle, then an AV 4500 compressor, then a 4500 psi bottle, then an Alkin W31. It's impossible to know in the beginning how much the hobby will hook you, but I sure wish I could have the dollars spent on the first two pumps, bottle, adapters, etc back...

3 ShoeBoxes. F10, F8 and a MAX. A small 70 and 90 portable tanks, a 60 min Dragger and a 30 min Scott tanks. Oh, and my first, an AV G6 hand pump.

Looks like I lucked out with Black Diesel , I also have a Sheldon compressor , The last of the greats.
I also have a Great white and small foot ball size tank...
The BEST thing I ever did with PCPs is to buy a good compressor ,,,

Hi,
Some old 80 cu. Ft. SCUBA and a newer Drager CF SCBA. Old Bauers are normally used for fills.
