What\\\'s a good lubrication for pellets after sizing and cleaning

Ive been using napier power pellet lube

Some people use FP-10 ... some people use Ballistol ... some people even use Lemon Pledge (the furniture polish)

Also Slick 50 and Krytox chain lube.

Been using 2 cycle synthetic oil mixed 30:1 with solvent that evaporates leaving just a trace of non-combustible oil on the surface (it will not ignite in a springer). keeps the barrel clean but does not seem to bother my air rifles like some of the others do. And that is the problem, some rifles like lubed pellets and some just will not shoot them and want dry pellets. All you can do is try it dry and several 'lubes' to see which is better. I did have very good luck with 'Sailkote' til I used up the can, but the price is horrendous and just not economically viable unless you were rich and could afford it, haha. I'm not rich.

I've always used Napier Power Pellet Lube. A 10ml "bottle" lasts a long time when 6 to 8 drops lubes 500 pellets. I put them in a thin ziploc bag, add the lube, move them around and they're all quickly covered.

Have you tried lube on twist x barrels? Does lube DEFINITELY increase fps and accuracy? 1 or both. If so, what lube would you prefer?

So far I've only used in the FX smooth twist barrel. I have an FX Impact 600mm X barrel coming very, very soon... and lubed pellets are all it's going to see.
