What would you guys say about this shot string?

Here's 12 separate 6 shot groups at 55yds left to right in order top to bottom. 

Sitting over night in safe with a 220ish bar start.

Results are the same with 18gr JSBs. And yes a .22 and gun is regulated.

.22 Uragan. This gun came adjusted to shoot the 16gr at 950-960fps. Haven't adjusted anything on the gun.

From yesterday a shot group with the 16gr (first shot was way low as I had the gun by a heater wondering if the colder temps were messing with it so air pressure in the plenum was high so I erased them)
