What Was Your First Airgun?

Daisy Cub (Model 102) when I was 8, then a Crosman 760 when I was 11. I was hooked!

Benjamin 347. Grandfather gave it to me for my 10th bitthday.

Don't recall the model, but it was a multi-pump Benjamin in .177. That would have been late 60's. Funnest gun I ever owned.

Crosman 760. I was using it before I was old enough to go to school.

I had a red rider that I could hit a pop can at the width of the driveway about 25 feet, which I thought was awsome....my first gun as an adult was a cros 1377 which I no longer have but miss.

Airgun was a Crosman 140 in .22 n the late 60's. Had it until about 10 years ago when I lent in to somebody and never got it back. Learned my lesson. Before that was a cocking Daisy bb gun.

It was the worst air gun I have ever encountered. It literally put me off air guns completely for the next 20 years.

Crosman 2100B. Lots of fond memories with that rifle!

Daisy model 25 there was not a birds safe from it.

Model 25 for me too.

Crosman pellgun 180, a co2 rifle in .22 caliber. One accurate rifle responsible for hundreds of squirrels!

We still have our second Daisy model 25 that my dad gave me 40 years ago. We had to have it reworked but now it's better than it was new. We have someone close to use that is a Benjamin,Crossman,Daisy, and Sheridan factory repair and is the best we have seen. If anyone needs his phone let me know.

Mine was a 760 Pumpmaster, just a bit older than yours, x27. Mine had the brown plastic stock and forearm, as if that would fool someone into thinking it was wood.

I didn't know it was a smoothbore until just a couple years ago, which explains why I was no more accurate with pellets than with BBs. Had I known, I would have saved a little longer for a PowerMaster or 2100 Classic. Or heck, even a 1377. I was only able to go hunting with it a few times, but I must have gotten 3 dozen birds with it. If it had shot straight at > 10 yards with pellets, I might've gotten twice as many.

Daisy model 572-it had been in a bike wreck and the barrel had been bent & straightened back out-you had to hold the pump handle in or it would decock. I had to sneak it into the house past my parents who didn't want me to have one. Got so I could hit just about anything within 10 yards or so with it, I think it lasted three months or so before it finally quit. I still kind of feel that guilty pleasure that I'm getting away with something every time I hit the woods with an airgun! Here's a pic I found in an ad-
