Hey all im uk based so we dont have any slug makers here and im wanting to finally get my fx crown running with them before winter i have tryed various nsa slugs 34.7gr 34gr 33.5gr and 39gr my groups were best with 33.5gr about 1" at 50yrds but i want tighter who else makes slugs that will post to uk thanks

The NSA slugs will do half that or better out of the FX slug barrels. It's very likely you still have some tuning to do. I spent many hours tuning and the end result was through the same hole at 25 meters and often as not MOA and sub MOA at 100 yards with no wind. When I changed slugs I tuned again it was the same with most of the NSA and Varmintknocker slugs at the end of the tune MOA and sub MOA at 100 yards. I have re-tuned at least five times and the end result has always been the same.

Pro Hunter slugs are made in the UK , In Essex as it goes , I use them and they work a treat in my Red Wolf . I can get some amazing groups from that gun . I have tried the 22.8's 24 and 28's , So far the 22.8's are out of this world , the 24's don't work at all and the 28 are bang on . All very odd if you ask me , but that is the way it goes buddy . Have a look on Facebook for Pro Hunter or I have done a vid , have a look on You tube Triple- G Roger and I am shooting slugs in that ?? Might helpful ??

Thanks buddy , Glad you liked it . I have a bunch more coming out ... soonish . I hope people like them of course . I have been testing a whole bunch of slugs and to be honest its been great fun . My gun has been bang one and just needs a clean now ! I spend my life cleaning my gun !!

The new H&N slugs , my god they are so good in my .22 FX crown and only about £11.50 per tin (200) from Germany or £12 from UK . Works in stx and slug liners

Tried 21 and 23 gr and both excellent in 218
and 21gr in 217 and again excellent only tried these out to 75 yards
