Got an Impact .25. Has a Hawke optical on it now. I also have an XTN sight I'll want to put on it on occasion for some rat disposal at a local farm. Two questions...what mounts should I put on the scopes to allow a quick change?? And I have read tons and most seem to say that the rifle maintains zero after a change. Is that really so in other's experiences? Thanks!!

I have Warne quick detach mounts on a 3006 with an 18 inch barrel that kicks like three mules. in rain and snow I remove the scope and go with the irons. Always shoots to the same point of impact at 100yds. If there's a change I can't see it. Make sure you follow the directions though.

I have utg le grade quick release mounts mounted on a weaver picatinney base. They hold well, no problems.

My UTG le grade low quick release mounts are mounted on a DNT06 drooper base. I got them from Optics Planet. Just put in search and they should come up. The drooper base really helps in optically centering your scope.
