What oil to use on the regulator washers

I'm looking to replace my reg on a Impact and use the ex-high preasure

regulator from Huma,what is the best oil or lube to use on the washers.

The Belleville washers are not exposed to high pressure air but I still prefer to avoid dino oil so I use Super Lube. Either the oil (#51004) or the grease (#21030) work well for this purpose and can be applied to the O-rings as well.
