What is your favorite FX Dreamline variant and why?

Hello AirgunNation Peoples,

There are so many FX Dreamline configurations, how would you airgunners choose the one for your specific need(s). What is your favorite FX Dreamline variant and why?

Mine are the two I own, the DreamPup (.22) and the Classic (.177)

DreamPup (.22); for it’s compact length (Wildcat likeness), squirrel, rabbit, bird, woods walking, and pest control.

Classic (.177); for it’s traditional looks (Streamline likeness), light weight, quiet backyard plinking / targeting, and pest control.

I now live in northeast Alabama on Cumberland Mountain and it is wild. I decided to get an airgun because of all the squirrels and possums. I decided that in September of 2019! I started studying on all the major vendor sites and only recently discovered the depth of knowledge about airguns contained on airgunnation. If I had been spending as much time here as I had all those other places I am sure I would have pulled the proverbial trigger by now. I have been studying since September however, and the fx dreampup is my favorite airgun so far and I haven't even shot an airgun since I was 16! It has everything I could want and am thinking about a .30 caliber for all the squirrels, plus the foxes, coyotes, possum, and maybe even some veal! I've studied but haven't shot anything yet! I like the fx dreampup because of it's relatively light weight and compact design, plus I hear it shoots, loads and shoulders exceptionally well.

Your DreamPup Rocks!!

Personally, since day # 1, I've wanted to do a custom folding mini..
Dream-Tac-Compact-Bottle: As short as possible..

I've had 4 different tanks ordered, and all 4 sellers failed to deliver.
If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all.

It'll be a whole lot of fun when it's all eventually together!

Sam -

I have done a custom compact. 350cc cf bottle, plenum and cf shroud

I got the DreamPup so I could have as short as possible set-up for pesting coupled with decent power. It is doing its job but because I am a left hand shooter the rear cocking lever is sort of a annoyance as too the magazine being right in front of my nose. I wish I had got the Dreamline Compact as I really don't need the extra power for pesting. Bill

I got the dreamline bullpup mainly because it was the first available with the shortest wait time 😂😂. I bought the .25 cal version and got a .22 600mm barrel and slugs liners for both. I recently decided to convert it to a tac and add a .30 cal 700mm barrel. I had to do the parts list my self since the there is no conversion kit available yet. I love the bullpup for woods walking and general hunting but I do a lot of caliber changing and am getting tired of taking my scope off the change barrels. I also I want the forward cocking so i can practice for competition at some point. Still waiting on parts tac conversation and chassy should be here tomorrow followed be the replacement trigger and barrel in 2 weeks (hopefully). Nice guns everyone love to see it!
