What is your experience with Krale?

I've ordered two from Krale at separate times. The whole deal was excellent. Great price, shipped quick. Seriously, I had my gun here in Alabama in 3 days. 

Last one I ordered from AoA took 7. 

Maybe some guys get stuff hung up in customs, but neither of mine did. 

They are also very responsive to emails. 

Great place as far as I'm concerned. 

Be forewarned of the current possibility of anything with silencers may get forfeited or returned to sender as of late. This is from US Customs. Be sure to Discuss any Silencer fitted guns with Krale and address the concern prior to paying. This appears to be a recent change in US Customs procedures on inbound international packages. They appear to be checking everything now.

FACT couple of guns were sent back from US Customs because of their silencers. Receipent was notified that the package may be confiscated by US Customs or just sent back to origin.

Check with Krale First for sure since they know what kind of guns are being returned to them by US Customs compared to what went through with no hassles.

I bought a Steyr from them a couple years ago, and they were excellent. Steyr no longer allows them to ship to the US. ]

Excellent! Make sure and call your CC Co. & tell them not to block the charge. They will need a copy of your Driver’s License too. My LGVs got here faster than my orders from AoA!!! 

Three guns so far. Never a problem. Ordered the last on Friday, it was at my door Monday morning-WoW!

Did this happen to you, somebody you know or did you hear of it happening to someone? I heard there were some pretty long delays but know someone that just ordered from Kral and got their air rifle in four days. I went to the customs website to see if there are delays and didn’t see anything on delays or any new restrictions. Since air gun silencers are not a restricted item into the USA, I was just curious why they would be confiscated or returned. Thanks, Stoti

I'll add to this since I just dealt with the issue of customs.



Ordered a Taipan, standard .177, from Air Gun Heaven, all because it has a CZ barrel (confirmed in an an email by Joost, the owner of AGH. Well, my Taipan spent 7 days sitting in Kentucky, until I spoke with Shayna at UPS....she first wanted firearms paperwork filled out....i gave her several links, describing the legality of airguns on the US and California.



She finally agreed to release the gun, but told me, "they need to check and make sure there is not a silencer attached or included"



Now I have have purchased several guns from Krale, one the HW110, with the screw on silencer, no problems. Also purchased 3 or 4 guns from Air Gun Heaven...never a problem....then I ran into this latest issue.



Ups really sux in my book, not only did they hold up my package for over a week, but now they can't find it between the hub in CA and the UPS store.



Not sure if things have changed or just new, untrained people in charge of customs, but there may be something happening with airgun importation...

Cool brotha, thanks. I never have heard you say anything or post about it before. I know you buy a lot of guns so I was wondering if it happened to you. A delay I could deal with but a confiscation for a moderator that isn’t regulated would just piss me off.

I get many guns through BH and get to hear.the bad news.

I've also heard that some people were charged an import fee of some sort before Customs would release it. I think it was around $40. Not everyone got hit with the fee, just a few people. 

I think custom charges have to with the declared value. Don't quote me, but I think that at $1,600. Charges start to apply, but not sure.



I have had charges, but only on the higher dollar amounts.

The major money deficit offset gotta come from somewhere.

I would still order from Krale or Air Gun Heaven.....i understand the risks.



Sometimes they have guns unavailable in the states....plus, both are super responsive.



In fact Krale has an excellent return policy,even for us here in the US.

Krale, Airgun Heaven, and edgun.shop all have been great. Just have to call you bank let them know you buying from them. Sometimes there are extra fees when you transfer from dollars to Euro. If that happens, call them and ask if there is a way you can purchase in only US dollars. Often there is a way to do it.

I have ordered from Krale and airgun gun heaven , with both I had to pay import fee to UPS,,both were under $1000 purchase

the HW110 came with it's moderator and an extra different brand moderator,, and the Kozak has a shrouded baffle, no problems,,but they came through NYC customs and not the Kentucky one with an ignorant female employee
