Hi Allen, 

Your order was created on 01-06-21. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected delay last week, and with COVID we are receiving less than normal USPS pick-ups on items being shipped. But for these instances we let all customers know they might expect to wait up to 7 - 10 business days for orders to be shipped and we have still met that timeline. We have ensured that your order was shipped this morning and you did receive an email earlier today with an update on your invoice from our customer service.

This COVID 19 is allowing company's to deliberately drag their feet! In my case I can't get them to even me call back. My Crown needs warranty work but it appears us buying their guns is way more important than servicing them. The last time I dealt with them I asked for a part to repair a gun. Took 2 days off for a 4 day weekend to hunt? they shipped to the wrong address. So my hopes are not real high. Hatsan is worse I will start a topic on them.
