that 2 pellets of the same shape and weight from 2 different manufacturers fly so differently when shot out of the same gun? There has to be an explainable reason for that phenomenon. Do they take to the rifling inside the barrel differently? Is there that much difference in the pellet alloy?

this is my assumption and by no means scientific, but consistency in production. even tho the weight is the same one could be lope-sided. and comparing pure lead to pellets with antimony, I would think they would take differently to rifling since antimony makes pellets harder
