What happened to Evanex Rex P in .357 and .45?

I got the petrol bucks together to purchase an Evanex Rex Pistol but no online retailers that I know of carries them anymore and say they won't. I am a disabled veteran and so my 2nd amendment rights were stripped from me and I am forced to be at the mercy of the other 99.9 percent of Americans who CAN have them.

I have decided to go this route instead.

Tippmann TIPX .68 caliber paintball pistol mated with Salt Supply Pepper Spray + Tear Gas rounds.

The pistol has an effective range of 150 feet and holds 7 rounds. Added benefit of this setup is if the attacker is near an object and you hit the object there is a good chance of it still being effective and liability issues that come with lead projectiles are avoided. It is more compact and less than half the price as well.

I recommend to my customers asking for the same reasons the Sumatra/Seneca .25 CARBINE model. That is a magazine fed six shot repeater vs the Rex single shot. It is short and well balanced and the lever action gives quick follow up shots. After tuning it is 80 fpe. with 50 gr slugs, the lever is much smoother and will have a heavy duty exhaust valve. Proven dependable and loud which is a good thing in this case. I work on the Rex's too and do not recommend them for defense due to potential leaks, they make a poor "club".
