Will do CK.  I’m going to take Friday off to set it up on the dining room table and see if I can get a 250 w/ my CR-X.

“Salticon”I use the Randolph, converts to one piece open class too. Belt driven, quick, smooth, and precise

Thanks for posting this photo. I did not realize they made the extension for the Randolph front rest – I could not find it on their website. I called and purchased the extension and hope to try it out next week, weather permitting.

How much was the extension? I still don’t see it on their website.

Is there anything (price & performance wise) in between the Bald Eagle & the Randolph?

take a look at the Sinclair front rest —
but if your interested in a fantastic one piece rest try this
    http://www.targetshooting.com/
‘I own one -and it’s really up to the task of shooting in the open class

i don’t use the weights or recoil stop for air rifles -but this rest is also fantastic for rimfire matches
This rest is in the 1000 dollar range though, with all the bells and whistles —
I would ask you Michael, are you planning on using the rest in competitions?
    Would definately dictate choices —

Anyone have any experience with Farley MFG http://www.farleymfg.com/farley%20coaxial/coaxial.html ?

Looks like a pretty solid design at competitive pricing to other high(er) end rests.
